Bu yıl konusu "serbest" olan, 69 ülkeden 895 çizerin 2476 çalışma ile katılımının olduğu 32. Uluslararası Nasreddin Hoca Karikatür Yarışmasında İtalya'dan Alessandro Gatto,Kosova'dan Nexhat Krasnıqı, Ukrayna'dan Oleksiy Kustovsky, Rusya'dan Igor Smirnov ve Türkiye'den Metin Peker, Metin Üstündağ, Muhittin Köroğlu, Erdoğan Başol, Kadir Doğruer, Şevket Yalaz'dan oluşturulan seçici kurul 6 Eylül 2012 tarihinde İstanbul Armada Oteli'nde yaptıkları toplantı sonucu 6 turluk oylamayla finale kalan 23 çalışmayı gizli oylama ve açık tasnif sonucunda kazananları belirlemiştir.

The results of 32nd International Nasreddin Hoca Caricature Competition have been determined by the Jury of the Competition at a meeting held on 6 September 2012 at İstanbul Armada Hotel.
2476 works of art drawn by 895 caricaturists from 69 countries have been judged by the members of the Jury whose names are below: (ERDOĞAN BAŞOL / Turkey, KADİR DOĞRUER / Turkey, ALESSANDRO GATTO / Italy, MUHİTTİN KÖROĞLU / Turkey , NEXHAT KRASNIQI / Kosovo, OLEKSIY KUSTOVSKY / Ukraine, METİN PEKER / Turkey, IGOR SMIRNOV / Russia, METİN ÜSTÜNDAĞ / Turkey, ŞEVKET YALAZ / Turkey).
23 works of art which were got to the finals have been determined through secret ballot of 6 rounds and open counting. The Album of the 32nd International Nasreddin Hoca Caricature Competition will be sent to our caricaturist friends who have participated at the Competition on November of this year. And money prizes will be transported to the winners until 30 September 2012 through “Western Union” as previous years.
