We are looking for: Designers who make cartoons, so classic cartoons, no series or comics
Submission: free theme 
We need:Your cartoons (up to 5 pcs per submitter)
From scans or prints in the format of Din A4 as pdf or jpeg e mail notes

Your agreement in use of the cartoons for the Hilden Cartoon biennale is automatically made by submitting your work
For the submission of the cartoons: 28.02.2019 (if possible with your cv + your photo) 
after wards jury 
Events:For the exhibition of the best selected 100 Cartoons: Opening 12.04.2019 Fr. to 28.04.2019 Sun.
Prize:For the first place there is a prize money of € 500 by a jury, later to be announced 
We offer:For the fifth time the platform for cartoons on which Germany has been waiting for audience award will be announced on the last day of the exhibition comprehensive press work an exhibition catalog
A festive opening under the patronage of the mayor of the city of Hilden
We have:An own artist's house in the central city park of Hilden
Exhibition hall, own frame in the format 24x30cm
