REGULATION:

* Theme: Free

*We will only accept work submitted on paper and scanned for 2 (two) categories corresponding to the filled registration form. This year we are encouraging the use of paper in packaging only, without use of adhesive tapes, plastics, foam, staples, etc.
* The 7 categories that follow will compete for awards: Charge, Cartoon, Caricature, Comics, Digital (Hand made send by email)
* Interart (Sent by internet in 300dpi JPEG format) PIU
* Prizes: 7 prizes of R$ 500,00 in money for the 7 categories (Total of R$ 3.500,00) + Trophy PIU + Certify of Awardee and Expositor.
* Number of entries: unlimited unknown and original works
* Format: Participants may register with those who want to work, original and unpublished, of his own, the minimum size min A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) and up to max A3(42 x 29.7 cm)
* Copyright issues: All submissions are considered to be acquisitions of paper O PIU.
* The possession, use and other rights in such work will belong to the paper O PIU, which reserves the right to use them at its will.
* Deadline:will be considered valid entries received by September 10, 2011 (by post worth posting date).
