Olense Kartoenale 11 September 2023

Dear cartoonist,
In the past you have participated at the cartooncontest ‘the Olense Kartoenale’.
The new regulation of the Olense Kartoenale 2023 is available. The main theme is ‘Litter’. All the small waste left outdoors in a place where it should not be.
Also this year Amnesty International offers a special prize to the best cartoon with theme ‘Everyone has the right to a suitable home’.

• You can sign up your participation from 1 July 2023 on www.olensekartoenale.be where you also can upload your works. Do not sent your works to kartoenale@olen.be!
The deadline is 11 September 2023 at 12.00 AM midnight.
