23.Uluslararası Savaş Karşıtı Karikatür Salonu Kragujevac / Sırbistan 15 Ağustos 2025

Kragujevac'ta 84 yıl önce 1941'de gerçekleşen ağır suçun anısına, Alman işgalci güçleri sadece bir günde binlerce masum sivili idam etti ve ayrıca dünyada, özellikle de dünya savaşının uçurumuna sürüklendiği bugünlerde, barışın hakim olmasını içtenlikle diledi.
"Kragujevacki Oktobar" Anıt Parkı, XXIII Uluslararası Salon Karşıtı "Kragujevac 2025", Sırbistan Karikatür Yarışmasını duyuruyor
Uluslararası Jüri, gönderilen karikatürlerden, Salon'un kataloğunda sergilenecek ve yayınlanacak bir seçim yapacak. Ayrıca, aşağıdaki ödüller verilecektir:
"Barış Kuryesi" Büyük Ödülü ve Uluslararası Barış Gazeteleri Şehirleri Birliği'nden 1.500 avroluk ödül.
Altın plaket ve 1.000 avro, Gümüş plaket ve 800 avro, Bronz plaket ve 500 avro, Bydgoszcz Belediye Başkanı Ödülü (Polonya) 750 avro, Ingolstadt şehri Ödülü (Almanya) 750 avro, Bielsko-Biala şehri Ödülü (Polonya) 500 avro, Siren şehri Ödülü (Fransa) 500 avro, Pitesti şehri Ödülü (Romanya) 500 avro.
* Ödül Fonu 6.800 avrodur.
1- Jüri ayrıca ödül için kısa listeye giren çalışmalara bir dizi diploma da verebilir.
2- Dünyanın dört bir yanından karikatüristler ve güzel sanatlar sanatçıları katılma hakkına sahiptir.
3- Savaş karşıtı ve halklar ve uluslar arasındaki dayanışma konusunda, başka hiçbir uluslararası yarışmada ödül almamış en fazla 3 (üç) karikatür göndermelidirler.
4- Sanat eserleri en fazla A4-A3 formatında olmalı, sanat tekniği sanatçının tercihine bağlıdır, karikatürün orijinal imzalı elektronik versiyonu dahil.
5- Sanat eserinin arkasında sanatçı hakkında yazılı veriler bulunmalıdır (örneğin: ad, soyad, adres, telefon/faks, e/posta.)
6- Eserlerin teslimi için son tarih 15 Ağustos 2025'tir.
7- Jüri oturumu 23 ve 24 Ağustos 2025'te yapılacaktır.
8- Karikatürler şu adrese gönderilmelidir: Salon Antiratne Karikatüre, Desankin venac bb, 34000 Kragujevac, Sırbistan.

10- Yarışmaya gönderilen eserler iade edilmez ve Salon bunları özel bir tazminat ödemeden kullanma hakkını saklı tutar.
Not: Uluslararası Savaş Karşıtı Karikatür Bienali Salonu büyük bir uluslararası tanıtım ve onay aldı.
Kazananların açıklanmasının, ödüllerin takdim edilmesinin ve Kragujevac'taki serginin açılışının ardından Salon sergisi dünyanın birçok şehrinde ve uluslararası kuruluşlarda düzenleniyor.
Salon 20 ülkede 40'tan fazla şehri ziyaret etti. Böylece Salon sergisi New York'taki Birleşmiş Milletler binasında, Brüksel'deki Avrupa Komisyonu sergi alanında sunuldu. Polonya şehirleri Bydgoszcz, Bielsko-Biala, Plonsk, Vielun, Torun.
Seyirci onu ayrıca Mexico City, Limasol (Kıbrıs), Berlin ve Dresden (Almanya), Paris (Fransa), Triavna (Bulgaristan), Saraybosna (Bosna-Hersek), Üsküp (Makedonya), Carrara ve Monte Cassino (İtalya), New Haven (ABD), Poltava (Ukrayna), Mesolongia (Yunanistan), Kotor (Karadağ), Slovenj Gradec'te (Slovenya) izledi.

Faced with the biggest military conflict after the Second World War and the threat of global suffering,
and in memory of the great crime in Kragujevac, in which in 1941, 81 years ago, the German occupiers
shot thousands of innocent civilians in one day, and with a sincere desire to express a strong warning to
today's militarists

In memory of the severe crime that happened in Kragujevac, in 1941, 84 years ago, the German occupiers forces executed several thousands of innocent civilians in just one day, also sincerely wishing the peace to may prevail in the world, especially today when it sinks into the abyss of the world war.
Memorial Park "Kragujevacki Oktobar" is announcing Competition of the 23th XXIII 23th Int.Salon of Antiwar Cartoon "Kragujevac 2025", Serbia.
The International Jury will make a selection out of submitted cartoons which is to be exhibited and published in the Salon‘s catalog. Besides, the following prices are to be awarded:
Grand Prix "Courier of Peace" and a prize of 1,500 euros from the International Association of Cities of Peace Newspapers.
Gold plaque and 1,000 euros, Silver plaque and 800 euros, Bronze plaque and 500 euros, Prize of the Mayor of Bydgoszcz (Poland) in the amount of 750 euros, Prize of the city of Ingolstadt (Germany) in the amount of 750 euros, Prize of the city of Bielsko-Biala (Poland) in the amount of 500 euros, Prize of the city of Siren (France) in the amount of 500 euros, Prize of the city of Pitesti (Romania) in the amount of 500 euros.
* The Prizes Fund is 6,800 Euros.
1- The jury may also award a number of diplomas to shortlisted works for awards.
-2 Cartoonists and fine artists from all over the world have to right to participate.
3- They should submit at most 3 (three) cartoons, which have not been awarded by any other international competition, on the subject of antiwar as well as solidarity between people and nations.
4- The artworks should be utmost A4-A3 formatted, while art technique is at the artist’s choice, including, electronically version of the cartoon with the original signature.
5- On the back of the artwork there should be written data on the artist (such as: name, surname, address, phone/fax, e/mail.)
6- The deadline for submission of works is August 15th, 2025.
7- The jury session is to be held on August 23rd and 24th, 2025.
8- The Cartoons should be sent to the address: Salon Antiratne Karikatüre, Desankin venac bb, 34000 Kragujevac, Serbia.

10- The works submitted to the competition are not returned and the Salon reserves the right to use them without special compensation.
Note: The International Biennial Salon of Anti-War Caricature had a great international promotion and affirmation.
After the announcement of the winners, the presentation of awards and the opening of the exhibition in Kragujevac, the Salon exhibition is being set up in numerous cities around the world and in international organizations.
The salon has visited more than 40 cities in 20 countries. Thus, the Salon exhibition was presented in the United Nations building in New York, in the exhibition premises of the European Commission in Brussels. Polish cities Bydgoszcz, Bielsko-Biala, Plonsk, Vielun, Torun.
