Regulation:
1. The Competition is open to all artist -- Caricaturist, Illustrator, Cartoonist, Printmaker and Painter around world regardless of nationality, age, sex, etc.
2. Theme:

K. World Cultural Heritage , Archaeology , Monuments ...
3. Entries: At most 10 works (pieces or series) for each Theme.
4. The size of the works: A3 ( 297mm x 420mm ) .
5. Technique and medium of works are unlimited. Any painting, Print making, Traditional Chinese Painting, Oil painting, Watercolor, Crafts art or Children’s painting will be accepted.
6. Produced using any technique, including computer graphics.Please send electronic copy of your work to the following email address: redmanart@126.com . 
7. Works whether they have been awarded in other contests previously will be accepted. 
8. Author's resume and photo (entry-form and biography) should be submitted with entries together.

18. Participation in the contest means the complete acceptance of all the above conditions and agreements with jury's decision.

1. Yarışma, milliyet, yaş, cinsiyet vb. ayrımı yapılmaksızın dünyanın dört bir yanındaki tüm sanatçılara - Karikatürist, İllüstratör, Karikatürist, Baskı Sanatçısı ve Ressam - açıktır.

3. Başvurular: Her Tema için en fazla 10 eser (parça veya seri).
4. Eserlerin boyutu: A3 (297mm x 420mm).
5. Eserlerin tekniği ve ortamı sınırsızdır. Herhangi bir resim, Baskı yapımı, Geleneksel Çin Resmi, Yağlı boya, Suluboya, El Sanatları sanatı veya Çocuk resmi kabul edilecektir.
6. Bilgisayar grafikleri de dahil olmak üzere herhangi bir teknik kullanılarak üretilmiştir. Lütfen çalışmanızın elektronik kopyasını aşağıdaki e-posta adresine gönderin: redmanart@126.com .
7. Daha önce başka yarışmalarda ödül almış olup olmadığına bakılmaksızın eserler kabul edilecektir.
