1. Konular:
A. SANAT, SANATÇI, her şey: sanat nedir ve sanatçılar kimlerdir ; her yerden, her zaman ve her alandan sanat ve sanatçılar ; sanatın toplumdaki ve sanatçı olsun ya da olmasın her bireyin yaşamındaki amacı ve rolü; herkes için sanat veya sanat için sanat; sanatta kalite, modernlik, temalar ve renkler; müzeler vegaleriler vb.
B. Herhangi bir zamandan bir sanatçının PORTRESİ Sanatsal düzeyi yüksek, anlamlı ve zekice çalışmalar bekliyoruz.
2. Katılımcılar:Cinsiyetleri, uyrukları veya ikamet ettikleri ülkeye bakılmaksızın yalnızca 18 yaşından büyük bireysel katılımcılarolarak ayarlayın.
3. Sanat eserleri: Diğer sanatçıların eserlerinin düzenlenmesine ve uyarlanmasına izin verilmez.
Eserler katılımcıların mülkiyetinde olmalı ve sadece yazarın kendisi tarafından belirlenmelidir.
Siyah & beyaz veya renkli; imzalanmalıdır.
İyi kalitede görüntüler, JPG, JPEG formatı, maks.800 KB/iş, 300dpi çözünürlük.
Hiçbir başlık ve metin kabul edilmez (metin, bir veya daha fazla harf / rakam / herhangi bir karakter veya işaret anlamına gelir).
Her katılımcı her bir eser üzerine 1 (bir) esergönderebilir.
Eserler olabilir <B33>ödül almamış veya kataloglarda veya medyada yayınlanmamış olmalıdır.
"Yetişkinlere yönelik içerikli" veya gerçek kişi veya kuruluşlarla ilgili hiçbir eser, sanatsal niteliği ne olursa olsun kabul edilmeyecektir; organizatörler, bireysel ve/veya kolektif haklara aykırı olabilecek eserleri Salon'a kabul etmeme hakkına sahiptir - her halükarda tüm sorumluluk bireysel ve/veya kolektif haklara karşı olası herhangi bir girişim yalnızca yazarlara aittir -
4. Teknik: Seçim serbesttir, 2 (iki) boyutludur ancak fotografiksanat veya koleksiyon yoktur, fotokopiveya fotokopi veya renkli kopya yoktur
5. Eserlerin teslim alınması için son tarih: 26Aralık 2025
6. Katılım:Katılımcı başına tüm çalışmaları, istenen bilgileri içeren yalnızca BİR e-posta kabul edilecektir.ve belgeler: eserler, kişisel fotoğraf/karikatür - Maks. 250KB, max. 300dpi, JPG, JPEG formatında ve tamamlandı ve imzalandı GİRİŞ FORMU (word formatında)
7. Ödüller:Her tema içinüç ödül, "Tuz & Biber" ödülü ve bir Adaylık mevcut olacaktır. Ödüller, Salonun web sitesinde aşağıdakilerin gösterilmesinden oluşur: karikatüristin adı ve soyadı, kişisel fotoğrafı/karikatürü, ödüllü esers, teknik, boyuts, fiyat/iş
Etkinliğin diplomları ve posteri tüm nitelikli katılımcılara e-posta ile gönderilecektir .
Eserler, bu belgede belirtilen tüm kriter ve koşullara cevap verirse ortaya çıkacaktır.
Jüri, sanatının kriterlerine göre bir veya daha fazla ödül vermeme hakkına sahiptir.
Jüri kararına itiraz edilemez.
8. Kazananlar:Eseri ödüle layık görülen katılımcılara e-posta ile bilgi verilecektir.
Ödül kazananları ilan ettikten sonra en fazla 15 gün içinde, çalışmalarını yukarıdakilerin tümüne göre e-posta ile göndermelidirler. belirtilen koşullar.
Kurallara uymayan yazar, bir sonraki seçilen yazar ile değiştirilecek ve ödüllendirilmeyecektir.
9. Jüri:Uluslararası jüri heyeti yakında açıklanacak .

11. Diğer özellikler
Salon'un albümü mümkünse elektronik formatta düzenlenecektir .
Tüm katılımcılar ve ödül sahibi kitle iletişim araçlarında duyurulacaktır.
Eserler iade edilmeyecektir.
Yazarlar, eser ve bilgi göndererek, GDPR (2016/679/EU sayılı Yönetmelik kişisel verilerin işlenmesi ve bu tür verilerin serbest dolaşımı ile ilgili olarak, tüm Avrupa Birliği ülkeleri tarafından uygulanmaktadır). Ekli Giriş Formunu imzalayarak, yazarlar "Salt & Pepper" Dergisi'ne ve Uluslararası Salt & Pepper Hiciv Sanat Salonu'na yarışmayı düzenlemek, sergiler düzenlemek ve katılımcılar hakkında bilgi yayınlamak amacıyla yazarın kişisel verilerini arşivleme ve işleme hakkı verir ve alınan eserlerin ve yazarın adının ve ülkesinin kitle iletişim araçlarında yayınlanmasını reklam için kabul eder, sınırlama olmaksızın ve yazarlara herhangi bir tazminat ödemeksizin.
Salon ve Dergi hiçbir şey satmaz, eserlerin satışına dahil değildir ve yazarlar ile lehtarları arasındaki herhangi bir ticari işlemden sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uluslararası Salt & Pepper Hiciv Sanat Salonu'na katılım, yukarıdaki tüm düzenlemelerin kabulü anlamına gelir.

REGULATIONS:
1. Themes
A. ART, ARTIST, all about: what is the art and who are the artists; art and artists from anywhere, anytime and from any field; the purpose and role of art in the society and in the life of each individual, artist or not; art for all or art for art; quality, modernity, themes and colors in art; museums and galleries etc.
B. PORTRAIT of an artist from any time
We are expecting meaningful and clever works at a high artistic level.
2. Participants:Only individual participants, over 18 years old, regardless of their gender, nationality or country of residence.
3. Art works:Editing and adapting of the works of other artists are not allowed.
The works must be the property of the participants and must be sent only by the author himself.
In black & white or in colour; must be signed.
Good quality of images, JPG, JPEG format, max. 800 KB/work, 300dpi resolution.
No captions and texts are accepted (text means one or more letters / digits / any characters or signs).
Each participant may submit 1 (one) work on each theme.
The works may not be previously awarded or published in catalogues or media.
No works with “adult content” or regarding real individuals or organizations will be accepted, regardless of their. artistic quality; organizers own the right do not admit in the Salon works that may attempt against individual and/or collective rights - anyway all responsibility for any possible attempt against individual and/or collective rights is only on the authors -
4. Technique: It's free of choice, in 2 (two) dimensions but no photographic art or collages, no printed or photocopies or colored copies
5. Deadline of receiving works: December 26th, 2025
6. Participation:Will be accepted only ONE e-mail per participant, containing all works, requested information and documents: works, the personal photo/caricature - Max. 250KB, max. 300dpi, JPG, JPEG format and the completed and signed ENTRY FORM (in word’s format)
7. Awards
Three prizes,“Salt & Pepper” prize and one Nomination will be available per each theme. The prizes consist in exposure on the Salon's website of: name and surname of the cartoonist, personal photo/cartoon, the award-winning works, technique, dimensions, price/work
The diplomas and the poster of the edition will be send by e-mail to all qualified participants.
The works will be exposed if these respond to all criteria and conditions mentioned in this document.
The Jury is entitled do not award one or more prizes according to their art's criteria.
The jury decision cannot be appealed.
8. Winners:Participants whose works are selected to be awarded will be notified by e-mail.
Into max. 15 days after announcing prizewinners, they must send by e-mail their works according to all the above. mentioned conditions.
The author which don't respect rules will be replaced by the next selected author and will not be awarded.
9. Jury:The panel of the international jury will be announced soon.

11. Other specifications:The album of the Salon will be edited in electronic format, if possible.
All participants and prizewinner will be announced in mass-media.
The works will not be returned.
By submitting works and information, the authors automatically express their agreement with the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, applied by all European Union states). By signing the attached Entry Form, authors gives authorization to The “Salt & Pepper” Magazine and to The International Salt & Pepper Satirical Art Salon the right to archive and process the author's personal data for the purpose of running the competition, organizing exhibitions and publishing works and information about participants and accept, for advertising, the publishing in mass-media of the received works and the author's name and country, without limitation and any compensation to the authors.
The Salon and the Magazine do not sell anything, are not involved in the sale of the works and cannot be held responsible in any business transactions between authors and their beneficiaries.
Participation into International Salt & Pepper Satirical Art Salon means the acceptance of all of the above regulations.
