Nasreddin” contest was held in exhibition salon of Artists’ Union locating in the center of Baku on July 16. 170 best works out of 800 cartoons that were sent to the contest were exhibited in the
exhibition.The exhibition will continue till the end of this
month. |

İyul ayının 16-sı Bakının mərkəzində Rəssamlar İttifaqının sərgi salonunda “Molla Nəsrəddin” müsabiqəsinin sərgisi və mükafatlandırma mərasimi keçirilmişdir. Sərgidə müsabiqəyə göndərilən 800 karikaturadan ən yaxşı 170 əsər nümayiş olunmuşdur. Sərgi bu ayın axırına qədər davam
edəcəkdir. |

The jury was formed by: Sandro Poggiali –Italy - President, Doru Bosiok –Serbia, Vasile Mandra-Craita –Romania, Gabriel Bratu –Romania, Viorel Corodescu –Romania, Radu Bercea –Romania, Mihai Truica –Romania
We are glad to announce the laureates of the festival:
1st prize: Raul de la Nuez - USA, 2nd prize: Karoly Lugosi –Ungaria,
3rd prize: Oğuz Gürel –Turcia, The “George Gavrilean” Prize: Vladimir Kazanevski –Ucraina
The other prizes that were awarded were financially supported by private persons, in agreement with the jury’s decision:
1st prize “Sandro Poggiali“ - Octavian Bour –Romania, 2nd prize “Sandro Poggiali“ –Abani Kumar Rath –India, The“Sorin Postolache” prize - Malina Corodescu –Romania
