19 Şubat 2018 tarihinde saat 17:00'de Bakü Yunus Emre Enstitüsünde ressam Soltan Soltanlı'nın "İrrealizm" adlı sergisinin açılışı gerçekleştirilecektir. Sergi 23 Şubat 2018 tarihine kadar devam edecektir. |

Bakı Yunus Emre İnstitutunun təşkilatçılığı ilə fevralın 19-u saat 17.00-da adıçəkilən institutun sərgi salonunda tanınmış rəssam Soltan Soltanlının “İrrealizm” adlı fərdi sərgisinin açılışı keçiriləcək. Sərgidə rəssamın irreal üslubda yaratdığı 50-ə yaxın rəngkarlıq əsəri nümayiş etdiriləcək.
İrrealizm təsviri sənətdə yeni üslubdur. “İrreal” – gerçək olmayan deməkdir ki, bu da S.Soltanlının fantaziyalarına əsaslanan yaradıcılığını xarakterizə edir. Tədbirdə üslubun təqdimatı keçiriləcək, onun çağdaş rəssamlıqda bədii estetik prinsipləri, tələbləri haqqında danışılacaq.
S.Soltanlının fikrincə, irrealizmin başlıca tələbi qeyri-reallığı inandırıcı, məntiqli, fəlsəfi, aydın və sadə çəkməkdir. Rəssamlıq insanları həyata, gələcəyə inandırmalı, onlarda dəhşətli bədbinlik, qorxunc düşüncələr yaratmamalı, tamaşaçını çıxılmazlığa, anlaşılmazlığa salmamalıdır. Soltanın düşüncəsinə görə, rəssamlıqda tamaşaçı üçün dərkedilməz əsər yoxdur, müəllifin idraki yetərsizliyindən yaranan əsər var. Bu baxımdan irrealizm ilk olaraq müəllif qarşısında ciddi tələblər qoyur, tamaşaçını gerçəkliyin mahiyyətinə çatdırır, düşünməsi üçün yeni imkanlar açır.
S.Soltanlı həm də qrafik və karikaturaçıdır. Beynəlxalq müsabiqələrin qalib və mükafatçısı, sərgi və festivalların iştirakçısı olan rəssamın əsərləri beynəlxalq kataloqlarda yer alıb. Onun əsərləri müxtəlif ölkələrdəki muzeylərdə və özəl kolleksiyalarda saxlanılır. Bu sərgi sizin rəssamlıq haqqında düşüncələrinizi dəyişəcək.
Sərgi fevralın 23-dək davam edəcək.

Girne Belediyesi ile Kıbrıs Türk Karikatürcüler Derneği tarafından geleneksel olarak düzenlenen, 62 ülkeden 300 katılımcının 790 eser ile katıldığı, 6. Uluslararası Zeytin Karikatürleri Yarışması’nda (2017) ödül kazanan eserler, Girne kentinin çeşitli yerlerine konulan karikatürlü panolarda sergileniyor.
Girne Belediyesi ile Yarışma Düzenleme Komitesi’nin aldığı karar nedeni ile, bölge halkı ile turistlerin izlenimine sunulmak amacı ile oluşturulan karikatürlü panolar, geleneksel olarak düzenlenen Uluslararası Zeytin Karikatürleri Yarışması sonrasında yenilenecektir. |

The secretariat:The secretariat of grassroots campaign (Exposing American Human Rights) with popular and non-governmental structure is calling for the second international festival of American Human Rights using artworks and in cooperation with NGOs for promoting public awareness on human rights to reveal the real face of international human rights claimants.
Call approach: To create “research-based” artworks with the concept and instances of American Human Rights.
Call subjects: Human rights violations in the country of America.
America’s human rights violations against Iranian nation.
Inhumane practices of America in the world.
American crimes / American coups / American terrors/ American resolutions / American wars / American democracy / human rights in United States / American discrimination and …
Artistic trends of international section:
International section will be held in the following trends and aims to create an opportunity to introduce artworks of artists from other countries in the world to set the stage for global solidarity and protest against human rights violations by America:

General rules: There is no age limit for participants and participation in exhibition is open to all amateur and professional artists.
The subject and theme of artworks must include at least one of the announced matters.
The right to use the entries in the book, cultural and exhibition series and media is reserved for the secretariat.
The participant will be responsible in a case of any artwork copying (imitation or plagiarism) or not respecting to intellectual property of other people.
There is no limit on the number of enrolments.
The submitted artworks should not be awarded any prize in other festivals.
In case of a request by the secretariat, participants are required to submit modified files or original works.
The secretariat makes decision for unforeseen issues.
A formal photo of owner of the artwork is required.

MIKS World Cartoonist Annual Award 2017 „Golden Pencil Sharpener“ is awarded by the International Association of Caricature MIKS for the best artistic achievements in the field of cartoons in the World.
The prize is awarded in three categories;
1. as the Annual Award for Best Cartoonists of the World in the past Year,
2. as an Award for Life Work,
3. as a reward for the promotion of cartoons in the world to an individual / association that has achieved outstanding achievements in cartoon promotion in the world
a. The Annual Award „Golden Pencil Sharpener“ is awarded to Best Cartoonists for the best artworks that have been released, exhibited, displayed over the past year.
b. The Lifetime Achievement Award „Golden Pencil Sharpener“ is awarded to prominent world cartoonists who with their creativity marked the time in which they acted and whose creative journey was rounded off, and works and achievements remain a permanent good in the world of cartoons.
c. The Cartoon Promotion Award „Golden Pencil Sharpener“ in the world is awarded to organizers of international exhibitions of cartoons, magazine and magazine publishers, journalists and all other individuals and associations that have contributed to the Cartoon Promotion Worldwide as a stimulus for further work in a better promotion of cartoons in the world .
PRIZES:

The prizes will be awarded to winners by mail, together with a invitation to participate in the work of the International Jury of the MIKS Exhibition next year.
The solo exhibitions of the winners of the " „Golden Pencil Sharpener“" award will be arranged in agreement with the laureates for next year 2019.
The winners will be nominated and selected by the International Jury composed of 20 eminent world cartoonists, organizers of international exhibitions, editors of magazine cartoons and art historians from all over the world.

A. Participation:The organizer of the 23rd International festival of cartoon ZAGREB 2018 is the Croatian Cartoonist Association. The festival is opened for everyone regardless of nationality, age, sex, or profession.

STAMFORD — “Beetle Bailey” creator Mort Walker, who chronicled the mishaps of the world’s laziest U.S. Army private since 1950 while maintaining an unrivaled run of work in the comics industry, died in his Stamford home Saturday at 94.
Walker’s work ethic was defined by “Beetle Bailey,” the longest-running comic strip drawn by its original creator, but he published eight other strips at various points of his career. Among those was “Hi and Lois,” a “Beetle” spinoff he launched in 1954 with Dik Browne, future creator of “Hagar the Horrible.”

• Aydın Doğan Uluslararası Karikatür Yarışması her yıl Türkiye’de Aydın Doğan Vakfı tarafından düzenlenmektedir.
• Yarışma, tüm ülkelerin profesyonel ve amatör karikatüristlerine açıktır.
• Seçiciler Kurulu uluslararası üyelerden oluşmaktadır. Kurul, Haziran 2018’de toplanacaktır.
• 35. Aydın Doğan Uluslararası Karikatür Yarışmasının ödül töreni Kasım 2018’de İstanbul’da yapılacaktır.
Katılım Koşulları:
1. Yarışma serbest konuludur.
2. Yarışmaya orijinal karikatürle katılınır. Karikatürler bilgisayar çıktısı olarak gönderilecekse orijinal imzalı (ıslak imzalı) olması gerekmektedir. Fotoğraf, fotokopi vs. kabul edilmeyecektir.
3. Gönderilen karikatürler en fazla A3 (29,7 x 42cm) ebadında olacaktır.
4. Yarışmaya katılanlar, ekteki veya www.aydindoganvakfi.org.tr adresinde yayınlanan katılım formunu doldurarak, kısa özgeçmişlerini ve bir fotoğraflarını eserleriyle birlikte:

Katılımcı, katılım formunu doldurmakla yarışmaya katılacağı karikatürün (lerin) eser sahibi olduğunu ve bu eser (ler) üzerinde haiz olduğu ve 5846 sayılı Türk Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu’nun 21.-25. madde hükümlerinde tanımlanan işleme, çoğaltma, yayma, temsil ve işaret, ses ve/veya görüntü naklinde yarayan araçlarla umuma iletim mali haklarını münhasır olmayan basit ruhsat şeklinde herhangi bir yer, süre ve sayı kısıtlaması olmaksızın ve 3. kişilere devir hakkını da kapsayacak surette Aydın Doğan Vakfı’na lisans verdiğini, Aydın Doğan Vakfı’nın söz konusu karikatürü (leri) sergilemek, arşivinde tutmak, internet ortamında ve sair şekillerde çoğaltmak ve yayınlamak suretiyle ve bunlarla sınırlı olmaksızın dilediği her şekilde kullanmasına muvafakatinin olduğunu peşinen beyan ve kabul etmektedir.
8. Katılımcının yarışmaya katılacağı karikatür (ler) in derece ve/veya ödül alması halinde, katılımcı derece ve/veya ödül alan karikatürün (lerin) eser sahibi olduğunu ve yarışmaya gönderdiği asıl veya nüsha eserin mülkiyetini ve Aydın Doğan Vakfı’na devrettiğini, eser üzerinde haiz olduğu 5846 sayılı Türk Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu’nun 21.-25. madde hükümlerinde tanımlanan işleme, çoğaltma, yayma, temsil ve işaret, ses ve/veya görüntü naklinde yarayan araçlarla umuma iletim mali haklarının kullanım haklarını, bunların 3. kişilere devir haklarını da kapsar şekilde herhangi bir yer, süre ve sayı kısıtlaması olmaksızın münhasıran Aydın Doğan Vakfı’na devir ettiğini, Aydın Doğan Vakfı’nın söz konusu karikatürü (leri) sergilemek, arşivinde tutmak, internet ortamında ve sair şekillerde çoğaltmak ve yayınlamak suretiyle ve bunlarla sınırlı olmaksızın dilediği her şekilde kullanmasına muvafakatinin olduğunu, devre konu mali haklar bakımından kendisinin tasarruf yetkisinin kalmadığını ve bu nedenle devir edilen mali haklar ile ilgili olarak 3. kişilerle işlem yapmayacağını peşinen kabul ve beyan etmektedir.

Katılımcı, yarışmaya katılım için doldurmuş olduğu başvuru formunda yer alan bilgilerin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanun’u kapsamında Aydın Doğan Vakfı’nın Uluslararası Karikatür Yarışması çerçevesinde iletişim ve yarışmaya katılım amaçlarıyla işleneceğini, aktarılacağını ve başvurunun başarısız olması halinde dahi kişisel verilerin mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca Aydın Doğan Vakfı tarafından saklanacağını, ayrıca yarışmaya katılım ile ilgili bilgilerin jüri, basın ve yayın organları ve diğer ilgili kişiler ile paylaşılacağını, ödül alınması veya eserinin yayınlanması durumunda eser sahibi olarak bilgilerinin kamuoyuyla paylaşılacağını ve bu konuda kendisine gerekli bilgilendirmenin yapıldığını kabul ve beyan etmektedir.
• Katılımcı, şahsına ait kişisel veriler ile ilgili haklarını ve bu verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin olası değişiklikleri www.aydindoganvakfi.org.tr internet sitesinden öğrenebileceğini;

10. İlk üç dereceye girenlerin, ödül törenine gelmeleri için gereken yol ve konaklama giderleri Vakıf tarafından karşılanacaktır.
11. Ödül alamayan karikatürler, sahiplerinin 1 yıl içerisinde Vakfa yazılı olarak başvurmaları halinde iade edilecektir. Bu süre geçtikten sonra Vakfın yükümlülüğü sona erer. 12. Yarışmaya son katılma tarihi 4 Mayıs 2018 Cuma günüdür.
13. Jüri üyeleri, üyelik yaptıkları yıl yarışmaya katılamazlar.

“Güçlü Kızlar, Güçlü Yarınlar” Ödülü Dünya nüfusunun yarısını oluşturan kadınlar hala iş hayatında, siyasette, bilimde, akademide erkeklerle eşit düzeyde temsil edilmez ve ayrımcılığa uğrarlarken adalet, özgürlük, eşitlik gibi idealleri hayata geçirmek mümkün değil. Ancak kadınlar güçlendiği zaman dünyamız daha sağlıklı, barış ve refah dolu bir yer olabilir.
Hala dünyanın en gelişmiş ülkelerinde bile farklı şekillerde gördüğümüz cinsiyet eşitsizliğinin önüne geçmenin tek olmasa bile başlıca koşullarından biri kız çocukların eğitimi. Kız çocuklarının kendi seçimlerini yaparak hayatlarına yön verebilmeleri, toplumda ve iş hayatında hak ettikleri yere ulaşabilmeleri için kesintisiz, kaliteli eğitime erişmeleri şart. Fakat bu da tek başına yeterli değil. Eğitime katılmanın da ötesinde okul içinde ve dışında kız çocuklara ve genç kadınlara var olan potansiyellerini ortaya çıkarabilmeleri için gerekli her türlü fırsatı yaratmak, yaşam boyu bilgi ve becerilerini geliştirebilmelerini sağlamak, okuldan işgücüne geçerken karşılaştıkları engelleri bir bir kaldırmak her birimizin sorumluluğu.
Aydın Doğan Vakfı da bu sorumluluğunun bilincinde, kız çocuklarının eğitimi ve güçlendirilmesi alanında çalışıyor.
Bu kapsamda, bu yıl da “Güçlü Kızlar, Güçlü Yarınlar” konusu ile ilgili gönderilecek karikatürler arasından seçilecek birinciye 8.000 ABD Doları tutarında ödül verilecektir. |

• Aydın Doğan International Cartoon Competition is organized every year in Turkey by Aydın Doğan Foundation.
• The competition is open to the professional and amateur cartoonists from all over the world.
• The Jury is composed of the international members. The Jury will meet in June 2018.
• The award ceremony of 35th Aydın Doğan International Cartoon Competition will be organized in November 2018 in Istanbul.
Conditions for Participation:
1. Participants can select any theme.
2. Participants will submit the original copies of their cartoons. Cartoons sent as printouts should bear original signatures of participants. Photographs, photocopies, etc. will not be accepted.
3. Size of cartoons should not exceed A3 paper size (29.7 x 42cm).
4. Completing the participation form attached or published on www.aydindoganvakfi.org.tr, participants will send their cartoons together with a short curriculum vitae and a photograph of them to the following address:

5. The Foundation will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during postage or for any late delivery of cartoons.
6. Award-winning cartoons will not be returned to participants.
7. By completing the participation form, the participant beforehand declares and accepts that he/she is the author of his/her cartoon(s) to be submitted to the competition; that he/she grants license in form of non-exclusive simple license to Aydın Doğan Foundation without any limitations on location, time period and number including assignment to third parties in relation to the usage rights of financial rights such as processing, duplication, distribution, representation, indication and transmission to the public via audio and/or visual means as defined under the provisions of the Articles 21-25 of the Law No. 5846 on Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Works; and that he/she gives consent to Aydın Doğan Foundation to exhibit such cartoon(s), to keep them in its archives, to duplicate and publish them on the Internet or through other media and to use them in any other way without any limitations.
8. Where the cartoon(s) to be submitted to the competition wins a rank and/or a prize; the participant beforehand declares and accepts that he/she is the author of his/her rank and/or prize-winning cartoon(s) and that he/she transfers ownership of the original or the copy of cartoon, submitted to the competition, to Aydın Doğan Foundation; that he/she transfers the financial rights such as processing, duplication, distribution, representation, indication and transmission to the public via audio and/or visual means he/she holds over the cartoon(s) to Aydın Doğan Foundation without any limitations on location, time period and number including assignment to third parties under the provisions of the Articles 21-25 of the Law No. 5846 on Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Work; that he/she gives consent to Aydın Doğan Foundation to exhibit such cartoon(s), to keep them in its archives, to publish them on the Internet or through other media and to use them in any other way without any limitations; that he/she does not have any right of disposition over the financial rights subject to transfer and thus will not enter into any transactions with third parties in relation to transferred financial rights.
9. The participant accepts and declares that the information included on the participation form completed for the competition participation will be processed and transferred with communication and competition participation purposes within the framework of the International Cartoon Competition of Aydın Doğan Foundation in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law number 6698; that even if the application fails, the personal data will be kept by Aydın Doğan Foundation for the period of time set forth by the legislation; that the information related to competition participation will be shared with the jury, press and media organs and other relevant parties; that where a prize is won or where cartoon is published, his/her information as being author of such cartoon will be shared with the public; and that he/she is provided with required information in this regard.
• The participant accepts and declares that he/she has been informed before participating in the competition that he/ she can learn his/her rights about his/her personal data and possible modifications on processing of this data from www.aydindoganvakfi.org.tr;
• That where he/she has any request on processing of his/her personal data by Aydın Doğan Foundation, he/she can send such request in written with original signature to the address of Aydın Doğan Vakfı, Burhaniye Mahallesi Kısıklı Cad. No: 65 34676 Üsküdar Istanbul/Turkey;
• That he/she will provide clear and comprehensible information related to the right he/she requests to use during the application to be made; that he/she will certify his/her identity during the application to prove that the applicant is the relevant person and will send his/her identification information together with the application; and that it will be required to share also his/her contact information to receive the result of the application; and that he/she has been informed about all of these issues before participating in the competition.
10. The Foundation will cover travel and accommodation expenses of the first three award-winning competitors for the award ceremony.
11. Cartoons that have not received any awards will be returned to their owners upon written application to the Foundation within 1 year. The responsibility of the Foundation ends after this period.
12. The deadline to participate in the competition is Friday, May 4th 2018.
13. Jury members cannot participate in the competition in the year they act as a jury member.
14. The decision to upload the cartoons, submitted to the competition, on the Virtual Museum belongs to Aydın Doğan Foundation.

Only if women are empowered, the world can be more healthy, peaceful and prosperous.
One of the most essential steps towards eradicating the gender inequality which still prevails even in the most developed countries in the world is the girls’ education. It is an absolute must that all the girls in the world have access to uninterrupted, quality education so that they can make their own decisions, direct their own lives and they can reach the positions they deserve. 4 – Yarışmaya gönderilecek eserler orijinal
olacaktır. Ölçü: A4 veya A3. Siyah-beyaz veya
renkli. Her katılımcı isim, soy isim, adres,
telefon, e-posta adresini karikatürün arkasına
yazacak; fotoğraf ve kısa özgeçmiş gönderecektir.
5 – Yarışmaya gönderilecek eserlerin önceden
yayınlanmış olmaları önemli değildir
ancak, yarışmaya gönderilecek eserler daha önce
herhangi bir etkinlikte ödül kazanmamış olmalıdır.
6 – Uluslararası Seçici Kurul Üyeleri’nin değerlendirmesine
sunulan ve finale kalan eserler, yarışmanın
resmi web sayfasında yayınlanacak ve karikatürcülerin,
karikatürcü örgütlerinin, benzer – taklit – çalıntı
karikatürlere karşı oluşturulan uluslararası
organizasyonların dikkatine ve itirazına
getirilecektir. Herhangi bir karikatürün çalıntı
– taklit veya benzer olduğu veya daha önce başka
bir yarışmada ödül aldığı (yayınlandığı
tarih ile) belgelendiği taktirde, o karikatür iptal
edilir ve bir sonraki yüksek puanı alan karikatür
dikkate alınır.
7 – Yarışmaya istenildiği sayıda eser
ile katılmak mümkündür ancak, bir katılımcıya
birden fazla ödül verilemez.
8 – Eserler en geç 30 NİSAN 2018 tarihine dek,
belirtilen adrese gönderilmiş olmalıdır.
9 – Gönderilecek karikatürler – ödül alsın veya
almasın – geri iade edilmeyecek; Kıbrıs Türk
Karikatürcüler Derneği tarafından oluşturulacak
“Uluslararası Kıbrıs Karikatür Müzesi”nin
arşivine kalacaktır.
10 – Yarışmada ödül kazanan eserlerin yanısıra,
Düzenleme Kurulu’nun uygun göreceği eserler bir albüm
halinde yayınlanacak ve ayrıca 17. Uluslararası
Zeytin Festivali 2018 kapsamında Zeytinlik köyündeki
festival alanında sergilenecektir.
11 – Yarışma sonuçları, ödül kazanan çizerlere
ve basın – yayın organlarına iletilecektir.
12 – Yarışmada (bu şartname kapsamında
belirtilen) ilk üç ödül ile özel ödülleri (6 özel ödül)
kazanan çizerlerin ödül törenine katılmaları için
gerekli ulaşım ve konaklama giderleri Girne
Belediyesi’nce karşılanacaktır. Ödül töreni
için yapılacak davete 10 gün içerisinde yanıt
verilmemesi durumunda, ödül kazanan çizer, bu maddede
garanti edilen ulaşım ve konaklama giderlerinden
yararlanamaz.
13 – Yarışmaya gönderilen tüm karikatürler,
Girne Belediyesi veya Kıbrıs Türk Karikatürcüler
Derneği tarafından kart, poster, albüm, gazete,
dergi, kitap, CD ve benzeri tekniklerle basılıp çoğaltılabilecektir.
14 – Katılımcılar yarışmaya eser
göndermekle, yarışma koşullarını
kabul ettiklerini ve gönderdikleri eserlerin bu şartnamede
belirtilen yerlerde kullanımı halinde, gelecekte
herhangi bir maddi tazmin istemeyeceklerini kabul etmiş
olacaklardır.
15 – Sergi veya albüm için, dijital eserler şu

Considered the doyen of caricaturists in Morocco
According to Larbi Sebbane, the caricaturist lives haunted by his work and is always looking for ideas for his works. "He is concerned about the problems of society," he says.
A committed cartoonist, Larbi Sebbane is a founding member of the League of Arab Caricaturists. He began his professional life as a drawing teacher before practicing caricature in the print media. In 1978, he contributed to the creation of the first satirical cartoons newspaper in Morocco. But he managed to make himself better known when he worked in the daily Al Alam. It has become one of the major cartoonists in the Arab world. He was banned from the press in 1986 and 1987 for his political guidance. He received in 1981 the prize of the third exhibition of caricatures in Damascus in Syria. Larbi Sebbane was awarded in 1991 by the price of the exhibition on "The Third World" in Egypt. He was distinguished in 1991 by Radio Tangier as the personality of the year. At 69, Larbi Sebbane has lost none of his dynamism and love for his job. Terms and Conditions of Participation:
1.The contest is open to all amateur or professional cartoonist or any one who could submit a cartoon regardless individual's race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristic.
2.Themes: Olive, Olive and Time, Olive and History, Olive and Mythology, Olive and Technology, Olive and Cyprus, Olive and Life, Olive and Peace, Olive and Conflict, Olive and War, Olive and Health, Olive and Women, Olive and Men, Olive and Children, Olive Oil, Olive Branch, Olive Tree, Benefits of Olive, Olive and Olive Mill/Press, Banning of Uprooting, Burning and Cutting Down Olive Trees and so forth.
3.All Submissions must be in the form of cartoon. Any painting or illustrations will not be accepted and will be disqualified. Cartoons must be without words
4.All submissions must be originals. Submission dimensions: A4 or A3 in any color or black and white. Each entrant must provide name and surname, address, phone number including country code, and email address on the back of the submission; each entrant should also provide short background and a photo (optional) on a separate A4.
5.Submission of materials, which has previously been submitted and or presented and or published elsewhere, is welcomed providing copyright is not infringed, however previously any award wining material cannot be submitted.
6.All work submitted for evaluation by the International Selection Committee and work of finalist will be published at official web page of the contest. In addition submissions will be reviewed and evaluated for plagiarism by international associations. If Plagiarism detected and or any previously award wining material submitted, submissions will be canceled and the next eligible entry will be considered for the prize.
7.Entrants could submit more than one work, however no more than one award will be awarded to participants.
8.All submission must be received by APRIL 30, 2018 at the address provided below.
9.All submission, awarded or not, will be kept and archived by Cypriot – Turkish Cartoonist Association at the newly established “International Cyprus Cartoon Museum.”
10.All prize winner submissions and selected works by the Steering Committee will be published in a album and displayed at the 17th International Olive Festival will be exhibited in the festival area in Zeytinlik village within the scope of 2018.
11.The results of the contest will be published thru media and prizing winning entrants will be informed by contact information provided.
12.Kyrenia Municipality will provide travel and boarding expenses for three prize winners and six special prizewinners as stated in the terms and conditions of the contest. The prize – winning cartoonist must respond to the prize ceremony invitation within 10 days. The responses outside of 10 days are not considered.
13.The Kyrenia Municipality and Cypriot – Turkish Cartoonist Association will have the publishing rights to publish or print, in any media or format, any or all submissions.
14.All persons entering the contest agree that the rules of the contest as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on them. And all submissions could be published and printed by the Kyrenia Municipality and Cypriot – Turkish Cartoonist Association as set out in these terms and conditions without any future compensation.

2 - PARTECIPATION: The award is open to all cartoonists of the world from 16 years old. Participants can apply individually or in groups (in case of several authors, the referent for all communications with the award’s promoters shall be indicated)..
3 - TECHNIQUES: Up to three unpublished works, realized by any technique, color or black and white, which haven’t been awarded in other prizes. The maximum format shall be A4 (21 X 29.7 cm).
4 - DEADLINE:Works shall be submitted within 24:00 of 20th May 2018 at the address
canevaridecontest@gmail.com, as a .jpg, .tiff or .pdf file with resolution of 300 dpi, and report all personal data (first name, surname, complete address, phone number, in case of minors the name of one parent authorizing the participation). Every single file shall not exceed 5 MB. If more than one single work is submitted, then send each by single mail.

Her iki yılda bir zaman zaman diğer emek ve meslek örgütleri ile bazen de sadece KMO İstanbul Şube olarak düzenlediğimiz karikatür yarışmamızda meslek alanımızla kesişen ve adeta var olabilmemizin koşullarını ortadan kaldıran sorunları teşhir edecek ve/veya çözüm önerileri sunacak başlıklar seçmeye çalıştık. Bu yıl üçüncüsünü düzenlediğimiz yarışmamızın konusunu belirlerken yalnızca ülkemizdeki değil tüm dünyadaki doğa katliamına çevirdik yüzümüzü. Doğayı benzer hızla “tüketme”ye, tüketen/zarar verenleri izlemeye devam edemeyiz! |

| Şubemiz tarafından düzenlenen "Ekoloji ve Kimya" konulu karikatür yarışması 4 Ocak 2018 Perşembe günü şubemizde bir araya gelen jüri üyeleri ile değerlendirilerek sonuçlandırıldı. Yarışmaya 89 kişi toplam 145 çalışma ile katıldı. Zorlu geçen değerlendirme aşamasında jüri üyelerimiz Zeynep Özatalay, Göksu Gül, Fahrettin Yılmaz ve Cansın Çağlar tüm çalışmaları titizlikle inceledi. Değerlendirme sonunda derece, mansiyon ve jüri teşvik ödülleri sahiplerini bulurken, bazı çalışmalar da sergi için seçildi. |

| Yarışmada 1.lik ödülünü İsmail Kar, 2.lik ödülünü Mustafa Yılmaz, 3.lük ödülünü Emre Sönmez kazanırken, mansiyon ödüllerini Hicabi
Demirci'nin, Murat Sarı'nın ve Kürşat Zaman'ın eserleri aldı. Yarışmamıza katılım gösteren öğrenciler arasından orta öğretim öğrencisi Yankı Balkan Jüri Teşvik Ödülü`nü kazandı. |

Karikatür yarışmamızın ödül töreni ve sergisi, 20 Ocak 2018 Cumartesi günü saat
14.00‘te şubemizde gerçekleştirildi. Ödül töreninin ardından Kocaeli Dayanışma Akademisi‘nden (KODA) Prof. Dr. Veli Deniz ile "Ekoloji ve Kimya Söyleşisi"ni gerçekleştirdik.
Katılımcıların ilgiyle dahil oldukları, fikirlerin çarpıştırıldığı söyleşide Ekoloji, Kimyasal Ekoloji gibi hayatımıza giren yeni kavramlara ilişkin fikir paylaşımları yaparken Ekolojik Mühendisliğin mümkün olup olmadığını düşündük, tartıştık. Doğayla bütünleşmek yerine doğayı tamamen fethederek ilerlemenin tüm canlıların sonunu getirdiğini, doğayı yenmenin bedelinin ağır olduğunu ve olacağını biliyoruz.
Bu noktada yeşil kavramlar karşımıza çıktı; Yeşil Kimya ve Yeşil Mühendislik. Yeşil Kimyanın "var olan kimyasalların kullanımının, sentezleme ve süreç koşullarının çevre ve insan sağlığına olan zararlarının azaltılmasını ve mümkünse ortadan kaldırılmasını hedefleyen bir yaklaşım" olduğunu, Yeşil Mühendisliğin ise "tasarım, ticarileştirme ve ürün ya da süreçlerin kullanımında uygulanabilir ve ekonomik yöntemler kullanırken kirliliği kaynağında azaltma, insan sağlığına ve çevreye olan riski en aza indirmeyi prensip edindiği"ni hatırladık. |

are organizing cartoon contest on theme "Wild animals".
-A. Participation
The contest is open to all cartoonists all over the world, over the age of 18, regardless of nationality, religion, gender and education.
-B. Cartoon theme: Wild animals

Only the original cartoons (up to 5) in digital form to send with e-mail will be accepted.
Digital works (A4, 250 dpi, JPEG or TIFF, the maximum length per one cartoon 3 MB) with personal information (name, address, e-mail, a brief CV (.doc format) and photo) should be sent to:

The cartoons must not be previously awarded. Condensed file zip, rar, etc... not accepted.
Arrived submissions that passed the pre-selection will be posted on the same dayon the portal Animalcartoon.

Awards are subject to taxation according to the current regulation.

The exhibition will be staged in Zoological Garden Belgrade (BEO ZOO VRT) from
July 12 to September 30, 2018.
The exhibition will be shown in other towns in Serbia and abroad.
-G. Catalogue
Award-winning cartoonists will receive a free copy of the printed catalog. The others participants of the competition will be able to download the catalog in PDF format from our website.
-H. Other conditions
The organizers reserve the right to use them for various purposes without any obligation to compensate for it. The works will be included in the permanent exhibition and archive portal Animal Cartoon.
By submitting works is considered that the authors accept these rules.
Arrived works remain the property of the organizers.

Uluslararası Organ Bağışı Karikatür Yarışması, organ bağışı konusunda küresel ölçekte dikkati çekmek ve bir farkındalık oluşturmak amacıyla düzenlenmektedir.
• Yarışma, tüm ülkelerin profesyonel ve amatör karikatüristlerine açıktır.
• Seçiciler Kurulu uluslararası üyelerden oluşmaktadır. Kurul Mayıs ayında Türkiye’de toplanacaktır.

6. Adaylar eserlerinin arkasına büyük harflerle adını, soyadını, adresini, telefon numarasını, ülkesini yazmalı ve imzalamalıdır.
7. Eserin postada zarar görmesinden veya eserin zamanında ulaşmamasından Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı sorumlu değildir.
8. Yarışmaya katılıp ödül kazanan karikatürler iade edilmeyecektir.
9. Katılımcı, katılım formunu doldurmakla yarışmaya katılacağı karikatürün (lerin) eser sahibi olduğunu ve bu eser (ler) üzerinde haiz olduğu ve 5846 sayılı Türk Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu’nun 21.-25. madde hükümlerinde tanımlanan işleme, çoğaltma, yayma, temsil ve işaret, ses ve/veya görüntü naklinde yarayan araçlarla umuma iletim mali haklarını münhasır olmayan basit ruhsat şeklinde herhangi bir yer, süre ve sayı kısıtlaması olmaksızın ve 3. kişilere devir hakkını da kapsayacak surette Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı’na lisans verdiğini, Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı’nın söz konusu karikatürü (leri) sergilemek, arşivinde tutmak, internet ortamında ve sair şekillerde çoğaltmak ve yayınlamak suretiyle ve bunlarla sınırlı olmaksızın dilediği her şekilde kullanmasına muvafakatinin olduğunu peşinen beyan ve kabul etmektedir.
10. Katılımcının yarışmaya katılacağı karikatür (ler) in derece ve/veya ödül alması halinde, katılımcı derece ve/veya ödül alan karikatürün (lerin) eser sahibi olduğunu ve yarışmaya gönderdiği asıl veya nüsha eserin mülkiyetini ve Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı’na devrettiğini, eser üzerinde haiz olduğu 5846 sayılı Türk Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu’nun 21.-25. madde hükümlerinde tanımlanan işleme, çoğaltma, yayma, temsil ve işaret, ses ve/veya görüntü naklinde yarayan araçlarla umuma iletim mali haklarının kullanım haklarını, bunların 3. kişilere devir haklarını da kapsar şekilde herhangi bir yer, süre ve sayı kısıtlaması olmaksızın münhasıran Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı’na devir ettiğini, Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı’nın söz konusu karikatürü (leri) sergilemek, arşivinde tutmak, internet ortamında ve sair şekillerde çoğaltmak ve yayınlamak suretiyle ve bunlarla sınırlı olmaksızın dilediği her şekilde kullanmasına muvafakatinin olduğunu, devre konu mali haklar bakımından kendisinin tasarruf yetkisinin kalmadığını ve bu nedenle devir edilen mali haklar ile ilgili olarak 3. kişilerle işlem yapmayacağını peşinen kabul ve beyan etmektedir.
11. Katılımcı, yarışmaya katılım için doldurmuş olduğu başvuru formunda yer alan bilgilerin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanun’u kapsamında Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı’nın 1. Uluslararası Organ Bağışı Karikatür Yarışması çerçevesinde iletişim ve yarışmaya katılım amaçlarıyla işleneceğini, aktarılacağını ve başvurunun başarısız olması halinde dahi kişisel verilerin mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı tarafından saklanacağını, ayrıca yarışmaya katılım ile ilgili bilgilerin jüri, basın ve yayın organları ve diğer ilgili kişiler ile paylaşılacağını, ödül alınması veya eserinin yayınlanması durumunda eser sahibi olarak bilgilerinin kamuoyuyla paylaşılacağını ve bu konuda kendisine gerekli bilgilendirmenin yapıldığını kabul ve beyan etmektedir.
• Katılımcı, şahsına ait kişisel veriler ile ilgili haklarını ve bu verilerin işlenmesine ilişkin olası değişiklikleri www.tonv.org.tr internet sitesinden öğrenebileceğini; • Kişisel verilerin Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı tarafından işlenmesine ilişkin bir talebi olması durumunda, talebini Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı, Bahçelievler Mahallesi 52. Sokak No:5/9 Beşevler/Ankara/TÜRKİYE adresine yazılı ve ıslak imzalı olarak ileteceğini,
• Katılımcı, başvurudan önce başvuru koşulları ve şartları hakkında bilgilendirildiğini, başvuru sırasında kullanmayı talep ettiği hakka ilişkin açık ve anlaşılır bilgi vereceğini, başvurucunun ilgili kişi olduğunu ispat için kimliğini başvuru sırasında tevsik etmesi ve bu nedenle kimlik bilgilerini de başvuru ile birlikte göndermesi gerektiğini ve başvuru sonucunun tarafıma iletilmesi için iletişim bilgilerini paylaşmasının da gerekli olduğunu ve tüm bu hususlarda yarışmaya katılım öncesinde aydınlatılmış olduğunu kabul ve beyan etmektedir. 12. Yarışmada dereceye giren ilk 3 eser sahibinin, ödül törenine katılımları için gereken yol ve konaklama giderleri Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı tarafından karşılanacaktır.
13. Ödül alamayan karikatürler, eser sahiplerinin 1 yıl içerisinde Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı’na yazılı olarak başvurmaları halinde iade edilecektir. Bu süre geçtikten sonra Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı’nın yükümlülüğü sona erer. 14. Jüri üyeleri, üyelik yaptıkları yıl yarışmaya katılamazlar. Ancak, onursal katılım kapsamında eser gönderebilirler |

The International Organ Donation Cartoon Contest is organized to teke attention and create awareness about organ donation on global scale.
• The Contest is open to the professional and amateur cartoonists from all over the world.
• The Jury is composed of international members. The Jury will meet on May 2018 in Turkey.
• The award ceremony of the 1st International Organ Donation Cartoon Contest will be organized in 1st July 2018. The venue for the award ceremony will be announced.
COMPETITION MANAGEMENT Organized by : Turkish Transplant Foundation Artistic Directorate : The Association of Cartoonist Cooperation Organizations : Turkish Transplant Coordinators Association , Liver Transplant Association,Health Sciences University, International Transplant Network. Selection Committee: The selection committee consisting international members will be announced.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
1. Participants will draw about organ donation.
2. Participants will submit the original copies of their cartoons. Cartoons sent as printouts should bear original signatures of participants. Photographs, photocopies, etc. will not be accepted.
3. Size of cartoons should be A3 (29,7 x 42 cm) or A4 (29,7 x 21cm).
4. The participation form is attached or published on www.tonv.org.tr, participants will send their cartoons together with a short curriculum vitae and a photograph of them to the following address: Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı 52. Sokak 5/9 Beşevler-Ankara/Turkey. Information about the shipment firms will be announced on the website.
5. The caricaturists have to write their names and surnames, address, telephone number and their countries with capital letters on the back of their works.
6. Turkish Transplant Foundation will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during postage or for any late delivery of cartoons.
7. Award-winning cartoons will not be returned to participants.
8. By completing the participation form, the participant beforehand declares and accepts that he/she is the author of his/her cartoon(s) to be submitted to the Contest; that he/she grants license in form of non-exclusive simple license to Turkish Transplant Foundation without any limitations on location, time period and number including assignment to third parties in relation to the usage rights of financial rights such as processing, duplication, distribution, representation, indication and transmission to the public via audio and/or visual means as defined under the provisions of the Articles 21-25 of the Law No. 5846 on Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Works; and that he/she gives consent to Turkish Transplant Foundation to exhibit such cartoon(s), to keep them in its archives, to duplicate and publish them on the Internet or through other media and to use them in any other way without any limitations. 9. Where the cartoon(s) to be submitted to the Contest wins a rank and/or a prize; the participant beforehand declares and accepts that he/she is the author of his/her rank and/or prize-winning cartoon(s) and that he/she transfers ownership of the original or the copy of cartoon, submitted to the Contest, to Turkish Transplant Foundation; that he/she transfers the financial rights such as processing, duplication, distribution, representation, indication and transmission to the public via audio and/or visual means he/she holds over the cartoon(s) to Turkish Transplant Foundation without any limitations on location, time period and number including assignment to third parties under the provisions of the Articles 21-25 of the Law No. 5846 on Turkish Intellectual and Artistic Work; that he/she gives consent to Turkish Transplant Foundation to exhibit such
cartoon(s), to keep them in its archives, to publish them on the Internet or through other media and to use them in any other way without any limitations; that he/she does not have any right of disposition over the financial rights subject to transfer and thus will not enter into any transactions with third parties in relation to transferred financial rights.
10. The participant accepts and declares that the information included on the participation form completed for the Contest participation will be processed and transferred with communication and Contest participation purposes within the framework of the International Cartoon Contest of Turkish Transplant Foundation in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law number 6698; that even if the application fails, the personal data will be kept by Turkish Transplant Foundation for the period of time set forth by the legislation; that the information related to Contest participation will be shared with the jury, press and media organs and other relevant parties; that where a prize is won or where cartoon is published, his/her information as being author of such cartoon will be shared with the public; and that he/she is provided with required information in this regard.
• The participant accepts and declares that he/she has been informed before participating in the Contest that he/she can learn his/her rights about his/her personal data and possible modifications on processing of this data from www.tonv.org.tr; • That where he/she has any request on processing of his/her personal data by Turkish Transplant Foundation, he/she can send such request in written with original signature to the address of Türkiye Organ Nakli Vakfı 52.Sokak 5/9 Beşevler-

• That he/she will provide clear and comprehensible information related to the right he/she requests to use during the application to be made; that he/she will certify his/her identity during the application to prove that the applicant is the relevant person and will send his/her identification information together with the application; and that it will be required to share also his/her contact information to receive the result of the application; and that he/she has been informed about all of these issues before participating in the Contest.
11. Turkish Transplant Foundation will cover travel and accommodation expenses of the first, second and third prize-winning and 5 encouragement prize competitors for the award ceremony.
12. Cartoons that have not received any awards will be returned to their owners upon written application to the Turkish Transplant Foundation within 1 year. The responsibility of the Turkish Transplant Foundation ends after this period.
13. The deadline of participation is 15 May 2018, Tuesday
14. Jury members cannot participate the Contest on the same year they act as a jury member |
