On
23rd June 2020 at 8.30am took place a video - conference
held by Studio d’Arte Andromeda (via Malpaga 17, Trento,
Italy) to start the work of the jury for the above-mentioned
contest.
This year’s theme was: LIMITS JURY MEMBERS: Marilena
Nardi, cartoonist, Luigi F. Bona, historian of visual
communication, Roberta Opassi, historic cultural functionary
PAT Assunta Toti Buratti, cartoonist, Luigi Penasa, painter
and illustrator, Umberto Rigotti, illustrator and
caricaturist, Giulia Pedrotti, President of Studio d’Arte
Andromeda
Assunta Toti Buratti, representing Studio d’Arte
Andromeda, opens the jury work for XXVIII International
Festival of Humor and Satire “City of Trento” proposing
the nomination of a president and a jury’ s secretary.
Online at the video conference are present: Assunta Toti
Buratti, Marilena Nardi, Luigi F. Bona, Roberta Opassi,
Luigi Penasa, Umberto Rigotti and Giulia Pedrotti.
Marilena Nardi is voted as President of the jury and Luigi
F. Bona as Secretary, unanimously.
The jury takes in consideration the big participation of the
authors: this year we received artworks from 539 authors,
for a total of 1255 artworks coming from 65 countries. We
feel like the level and quality of each work was very high.
This year’s theme, ambiguous and interpretable in
different ways, has maybe helped everybody’s creativity
and has allowed the creation of
powerful works both on graphic level and originality. In
many of the works authors reached a poetic level of
expression through graphic and pictorial media.
The jury proceeds with the analysis of the field comics and
then to the field satire and humor. Each artwork is
discussed by every member of the jury.
The selection work takes place through the morning and the
first part of the afternoon, without interruptions or
problems, despite the new element of the video-conference.
The analysis of the artworks received for comics category
takes the jury to the selection of the 16 artworks that will
join the exhibition; between them, the jury selected the
first prize,
2 artists worth of mentions and 1 special mention.
The jury then proceeds with the satire and humor category
and selects 135 artworks that will join the exhibition, 3
prizes, 7 mentions and 4 special mentions.
The prize assignment, approved unanimously after discussion,
is the following:
SATIRE AND HUMOR:
FIRST PRIZE: Doğan Arslan (Turkey)
“For having synthesized, in a single image built with
perfect technical knowledge, many perceptions and
interpretations of the limit, perceived as an inescapable
rule, a helpless state, while concern is amplified by
stillness, by suspended time and by the apparent absence of
violence.”
SECOND PRIZE: Mojtaba Heidarpanah (Iran)
“For giving an original and effective version to the sense
of limitation represented simbolically as the building of a
wall, stopping the playing moment and walling in the playing
itself, with a violation of the rules of time, space and
movement that enhances its irrationality and horror.”
THIRD PRIZE:Raffael Blumenberg (Switzerland)
“For the graphic and essential clearness in the
representation of the extreme limit, with the powerful
contrast between man’s determination that keeps going in
his progressive isolation and the lack af awareness about
the unescapable conclusion of a definitive cancellation of
himself.”

Neltair Santiago (Brazil), Oleksy Kustovsky (Ukraine), Ross
Thomson (United Kingdom), Vladimir Semerenko (Russia),

SPECIAL MENTIONS: Mikhail Zlatkovsky (Russia), Mojmir

COMICS: The artworks received in the comics category have
offered a wide range of interpretations on the festival’s
theme, with a great and original variety of forms of
expression, making a real debate difficult.
After the discussion, the jury gave this prizes and
mentions:
FIRST PRIZE: Clement Thiriet (France)
“For the great ability in creating a short surreal story
that breaks the structural limits of comics, beyond the
narrative logic, the space and the matter, in a short but
powerful experience of graphic storytelling, showing a great
control of the medium and of his technique.”

invites all candidates, cartoonists and aspiring artists and
individuals to apply and take part at 14. International
Salon of car caricatures Zagreb 2020 (SALON).
The participation at the SALON is open to all caricaturists
and interested individuals.
The theme of this year’s SALON is: "ROAD RAGE"
Each participant may submit up to two (2) artworks in A3 or
A4 format.
Other formats will not be accepted.
Authors are required to fill out the application form.
Artworks are to be sent in digital (*.jpg/jpeg) A3 or A4
format, resolution suitable for print (minimum 300 dpi) at
e-mail salon@cki-m.com. Each artwork must be clearly signed
and dated. The artworks can also be sent to the organiser's
address. Organiser’s address: Centar za kulturu i
informacije Maksimir, Švarcova 18, 10000 Zagreb (Croatia).
Deadline for submission of works is September 15, 2020,
11:59 pm.
The jury will award the following prizes at the SALON:
GRAND PRIX: 2500 €
1st PRIZE:1200 €
2nd PRIZE:900 €
3rd PRIZE:600 €
TWO (2) ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:150 €
Besides the awards, the following honourable mentions are
also given out.
Five (5) special written honourable mentions without
monetary awards.
Selection of the best works for the SALON will be done by a
jury appointed by the organiser.
The SALON will take place in the lobby of the City
Administration of Zagreb in November 2020.

tarafından yayınlanan kitap 16x22 cm tamamı
renkli 116 sayfadan oluşuyor. |

| Birleşmiş
Milletler tarafından 1989 yılında kabul
edilen Çocuk Hakları Sözleşmesi bir çocuk
anayasası niteliğinde olup Türkiye 1990 yılında
sözleşmeyi ilk imzalayan ülkelerdendir. Sözleşmeye
göre 18 yaşın altındaki her birey çocuktur
ve sırf çocuk olmasından ileri gelen bir
takım haklara sahiptir. Çocukluk dönemi, insanların
doğumdan yetişkinliğe kadar geçirdiği
psikososyal, duygusal, bilişsel ve fiziksel
değişimleri içerir. Çocuklar tıbbi,
hukuksal ve psikolojik açıdan gelişimlerini
tamamlamamıştır. Gelişim sürecinde tıp,
biyoloji, pedagoji, psikoloji, sosyoloji ve
araştırma alanlarındaki gelişmelerin
toplumların çocuğa bakışını
değiştirdiğini de ayrıca belirtmek
gerekmektedir. 20. yüzyıla egemen olan modern
çocukluk paradigması çocukların
yetişkinlerden farklı olduğu, çocukların
yetişkinliğe hazırlanması ve
yetiştirilmesi gerektiği ve çocukların
yetiştirilme sorumluluğunun yetişkinlere,
ailesine ve devlete ait olduğuna ilişkin üç
temel kavrama dayandırılmaktadır. Çocuk
Hakları Sözleşmesi ile birlikte çocuklar sadece
korunması gereken varlık olmaktan çıkarak
özel hakları olan özneler olmuşlardır.
Anayasamızın 90. Maddesine göre de ülkemizin
imzalamış olduğu uluslararası sözleşmelerin
iç hukuk halini alması ve iç hukukta çocuk aleyhine
bir durum gelişmesi durumunda
imzaladığımız sözleşmenin geçerli
olması da çocuk hakları açısından umut
vericidir. |

| “KARİKATÜRLERLE
ÇOCUK HAKLARI SÖZLEŞMESİ” kitabı hem
çocukların hem de çocukların gelişiminden
sorumlu yetişkinlerin çocuk hakları sözleşmesi
maddelerini daha net anlaması ve içselleştirebilmesi
için karikatürlerle anlatılmıştır.
Daha önceden çocuk haklarını içeren
karikatürler Ankara, Mersin, Adana, Bursa, Gaziantep,
İzmir gibi illerde izleyicilerle buluşmuştu. |

Hakları konusunda bir başvuru ve referans
kitabı niteliğindeki bu çalışma Çocuk
Alanında Çalışan Avukatlar Ağı (ÇAÇAv)
ve Akademisyen Yayınevi etiketiyle raflardaki yerini
aldı. Çocukların fiziksel, cinsel, duygusal
istismarını önlemek ve haklarını
korumak için aileler, ebeveynler, çocuklar, gençler,
okullar, öğretmenler, eğitimciler, çocuk ve
ergen ruh sağlığı çalışanları,
yasalar, resmi ve özel kurumlar, sivil toplum örgütleri,
polis, jandarma, bilimsel araştırmalar, saha
araştırmaları, toplum, medya gibi
multidisipliner çalışmalarla hareket edilmesi ve
bu doğrultuda çocuğun yüksek yararını
gözeten politikalar oluşturulması yolunda bu
kitabın çocuk haklarına katkı
sağlamasını diliyoruz.
Daha önceden Güneşin Girmediği Yere, Çizgisel,
Metafor adında 3 karikatür kitabı ve 2019
yılında yayınlanan Türkiye’nin adli tıp
ve adli bilimler alanında textbook niteliğindeki
referans kitabı “Adli Tıp & Adli Bilimler”
kitabı ile uluslararası indekslerce taranan “Adli
Tıp Bülteni” dergisinin editörlüğünü
yürüten Prof.Dr. Halis Dokgöz’ün bu karikatürler ile
akademik çalışmalarını
birleştirdiği farklı anlayışta bir
kitap olarak öne çıkıyor. Kitap Çocuk Alanında
Çalışan Avukatlar Ağı (ÇAÇAv) ve
Akademisyen Yayınevi ile kitap satan internet

Prof.Dr. Halis Dokgöz kimdir?
Çorum’da doğdu. 1989 yılında 19 Mayıs
Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nden mezun oldu. 1999’da
İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi’nde
Adli Tıp ihtisasını tamamladı. Halen
Mersin Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Adli Tıp
Anabilim Dalı’nda öğretim üyesi (Prof.Dr.)
olarak çalışmaktadır.
Karikatüre 1985’de başladı. İlk karikatürü
aynı yıl “Kılçık” dergisinde
yayınlandı. Daha sonra karikatürleri Gırgır,
Limon, Çarşaf, Gümgüm, Akrep, Hallo, ArteFacto,
Cumhuriyet, Bulvar, Bizim Gazete, Hürriyet, Milliyet,
BirGün, Radikal ve Sabah gibi pek çok gazete ve dergide
yayınlandı. Düzenli olarak Kılçık,
Tıp Dünyası, Sendrom, Hiç, Fesat, Homur ve Hekim
Forumu dergilerine çizdi. 2016-2018 yılları
arasında Hürriyet Gazetesi Çukurova’da Metafor köşesinde
günlük olarak karikatürleri yayınlandı. Karikatürleri
Türkiye dışında Almanya, Fransa,
İspanya, Belçika, Yunanistan, Romanya, Güney Kore,
Polonya, İran, Kıbrıs, Portekiz,
Kırgızistan, Rusya, Azerbaycan, Hindistan, Güney
Kore, Sırbistan ve Çin gibi ülkelerde yayınlandı.
Katıldığı ulusal ve uluslararası
yarışmalardan çeşitli ödüller aldı.
Pek çok ortak ve karma sergiye katıldı. İlk
kişisel sergisini 1991’de Ankara’da 2.Tıp
Fuarı’nda açtı. Çocuk hakları üzerine
çizdiği karikatürlerini ve Metafor karikatürlerini
pek çok şehirde sergiledi.
1989’da “Güneşin Girmediği Yere” adlı
ilk karikatür kitabını yayınladı. 2010
yılında Türk Tabipleri Birliği
yayınlarınca “Çizgisel” adında ikinci
kitabı yayınlandı. 2019 yılında Hürriyet
Gazetesi’nde yayınlanan karikatürleri ve son dönem
çalışmalarını içeren “Metafor”
karikatür kitabı Beşbalık
yayınlarınca yayınlandı. “Çocuk
Hakları” ve “Karikatür ve Kadın” konulu
uluslararası katılımlı karikatür
kitapları yayınladı. Karikatürleri yanında
tıbbi illüstrasyonlar da yapmaktadır. Halen Dünya
Gazetesi ve Eleştirel Kültür Dergisine karikatür
çizmektedir |

Koşulları:
Yeni Karikatür, Orjinal Karikatür.
Yarışma bütün dünya karikatürcülerine açıktır. Yarışmaya gönderilecek karikatürlerin yayınlanmış ya da yayınlanmamış olmaları aranmayacaktır. Ancak daha önce başka bir yarışmada ödül almamış olmalıdır.
Yarışmanın konusu Adalet, Demokrasi, Özgürlük.
Yarışmaya üç karikatür ile katılınabilir.
Gönderilecek karikatürlerin boyutları 30×40 cm‘den büyük olmamalıdır.
Karikatürler mutlaka orijinal çizim olmalıdır.Yarışmaya gönderilecek karikatürler 2020 yılında çizilmiş olmalıdır.
Katılanlar eserlerinin arkasına büyük harflerle adını, soyadını, adresini, telefon numarasını, ülkesini yazmalıdır. Sanatçılar kısa özgeçmişlerini karikatürlerine eklemelidir.
Karikatürler en geç 31 Ekim 2020 tarihine kadar verilen adrese ulaşmış olmalıdır.
Sonuçlar 9 Kasım 2020 günü açıklanacaktır.
Yarışmaya katılan tüm karikatürler Karikatürcüler Derneği tarafından İstanbul Karikatür ve Mizah Merkezi’nde saklanacaktır. Yarışma karikatürleri bir albümde toplanacak, albüme girecek eserler ve sergilenmeye değer görülenler jüri tarafından seçilecektir. Eserleri sergilenenlere ve albümde yayınlananlara yarışma albümü gönderilecektir. Yarışmaya katılanlar bütün koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırlar.

The
Conditions:
The Competition is open to caricaturists from all ower the world. Caricaturists can send their published or unpublished works of art to the Competition. Yet the caricatures must not be awarded by another Competition.
The subject of the Competition are Justice, Democracy, Freedom.
New Cartoon, Original Cartoon...
The caricaturists can participate at the Competition with three caricatures.
The dimensions of caricatures shall not be bigger than 30x40 cm.
The caricatures shall unconditionally be original drawing.
The cartoons to be sent to the contest must be drawn in 2020.
The caricaturists have to write in capital letters their names and surnames, address, telephone number and their countries on the back of their works of art. And their CV’s (curriculum vitae) have to be added to their caricatures.
The caricatures shall be delivered to the given address at the latest October 31, 2020.
The results shall be announced on November 9, 2020.
All caricatures send to the Contest shall be kept at İstanbul Centre of Caricature and Humour by the Association of Caricaturists. The jury will choose the caricatures which will be included in the Album and the caricatures which will be exhibited. Then the Album of the Competition will be published. The Album of the Competition will be send to the caricaturists of whom works of art exhibited and included in the Album. The caricaturists participated at the Competition shall be regarded as accepted all the conditions of the Competition.

Honour Prizes (5): 1000 $
Special Prizes: Special Prizes offered by various establishments, associations, newspapers, art magazines, syndicates and agencies.

How to participate
Italian and foreign artists can participate in the competition, only individually, from 18 years of age in 2020. Participants will be divided into two categories: from 18 to 35 years, under section, and from 36 years, over section.
The satirical illustrations can be made manually in any technique, in black and white or in color, exclusively in A3 format with the addition of 1 cm of outer edge. Each participant can only submit one work. The images must be original and autographed, signed in a non-invasive manner with © Name and Surname of the author positioned in the corners of the work or on the back.
The duration of the competition is scheduled from Sunday, July 12 to Saturday, October 31, 2020.

21° International Competition for cartoonists on the world of wine
Art. 1 – Subject of the competition
Movimento Turismo del Vino Friuli Venezia Giulia holds a competition called “Spirito di Vino” to award prizes to authors of satirical cartoons focussing on the world of wine and wine culture. The participation to the competition is free of charge.
Art. 2 – Participation to the competition
The competition is open to artists coming from Italy and abroad, exclusively on an individual basis, over 18 years old (who turn 18 in 2020 and above). Participants will be split into two categories: the “under”, from 18 to 35 years old, and the “over”, above 36 years old.
Art. 3 – Work format and requirements
The satirical cartoons can be drawn manually with any technique, black and white or colour, only in A3 format with 1 cm of external border. Each participant is entitled to only submit one work. The works shall be sent as hard copies and signed in a non invasive way with ©Name and Surname of the author in the corner (front) or in the back of the page.
Art. 4 – Deadline and submission of the works
The works can be submitted from from Sunday 12 July to Saturday 31 October 2020. To take part to the competition, the cartoonists need to register in the competition section of the website www.spiritodivino.cloud, download the competition rules, as well as the registration form.
The hard copies of the works shall be sent (properly protected) by registered mail, together with a signed copy of the registration form filled in every section, to the following address:

Only the works delivered within Saturday 31 October midnight will be accepted.
In addition, the works shall also be uploaded on the website www.spiritodivino.cloud, together with the registration form, in jpg and high resolution (300 dpi) format.
The hard copies received after the aforementioned deadline will not be accepted. The organisers have no liability for any deterioration and/or damage to the works sent by mail or resulting from any other issue connected to the submission of the works (delays, no delivery, etc.).
Art. 5 – Return of the works
The hard copies of the works will not be returned.
Art. 6 – Exclusion
The works that do not comply with the rules stipulated by art 1, 2, 3, 4 will not be accepted.
Art. 7 – Members of the jury
Movimento Turismo del Vino selected a jury made of great masters of the Italian satire, such as Giorgio Forattini, Alfio Krancic, Emilio Giannelli, Valerio Marini and other leading personalities from the world of cartoons, graphics and food&wine. The decisions of the jury are unquestionable and irrevocable.
The jury will assess the capacity of the cartoonists to best interpret the proposed topic showing their manual designing skills, creativity and a precise technique. The works drawn using digital techniques will also be taken into consideration.
Art. 8 – Prizes
The prizes up for grabs for the three winners will be distributed as follows
1° prize - “under”: 75 bottles
2° prize - “under”: 50 bottles
3° prize - “under”: 25 bottles
1° prize - “over”: 75 bottles
2° prize - “over”: 50 bottles
3° prize - “over”: 25 bottles
Art. 9 – Awarding ceremony and exhibition
Due to the current situation we cannot guarantee the chosen pieces will be exhibited or awards will be presented in person. Further details will be sent to those selected as soon as possible.
Art. 10 – Copyright
By participating in the competition, the cartoonists grant Movimento Turismo del Vino the non-exclusive right to reproduce, publicise and promote the works – with the sole obligation to mention the author – on digital material (websites, social networks, TV programmes, online magazines, etc.), on any material connected to the competition (brochures, flyers, folders, invitations, billboards, shoppers, etc.), on the catalogue of the exhibition, as well as on postcards, calendars and posters. This list is not complete and just gives some examples of the possible ways in which the organisers are entitled to use the works. The use of the aforementioned works by the organisers does not entitle the cartoonists to claim any income. The participants guarantee that they are the authors of the submitted works, explicitly lifting and removing any liability from the organisers in case any compensation is claimed by third parties for any circumstance. Such authors declare, taking full civil and criminal liability, that the submitted works do not violate the relevant legislation.
Art. 11 – Approval of the competition rules
By participating to the competition, the artists declare that they fully acknowledge and accept all the conditions and clauses illustrated in this document.

AMAÇ VE KONU: İklim Değişikliği Risklerini Azaltmakta Sigorta’nın Önemi…
TürkSigorta olarak, yarışma konusunu belirlememizin amacı, kişilerin ya da şirketlerin Küresel Isınma nedeni ile taşınır ve taşınmaz mallarına ve değerlerine, yaşam standartlarına ve yaşamlarına ilişkin maruz kalabilecekleri risklerin doğurabileceği zararları önlemeye veya azaltmaya yönelik önlemler ve yöntemlerde sigortanın rolü konusunda farkındalık yaratmaktır.
Yarışmaya gönderilecek eserler, Küresel Isınma’nın etkileri sonrasında oluşabilecek sağlık, trafikte kayıtlı araçlar ile tüm taşınır ve taşınmaz mallara yönelik riskler; konut ve işyerlerinin maruz kalabileceği zararlar, yangın, deprem, sel ve su baskını, fırtına, yer kayması, taşıt çarpması, hırsızlık vd. riskler ile araç sigortaları, seyahat vb. sigorta paketleri konusunda felsefi ve siyasi çizgisel görüşlerin yansıtılmasıdır. Üretilecek eserlerde, ırk, renk, dil, din, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, inanç, etnik köken ayrımcılığı yapılmamalıdır.
KATILIM KOŞULLARI:
1 – Bu Yarışma, 18 yaş üstü, Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşı amatör – profesyonel tüm karikatürcülere veya karikatür çizebilen herkese açıktır.
2 – Yarışmaya gönderilecek eserler orijinal olacaktır. Fotokopi kabul edilmez. Ölçü: A4 veya A3. Siyah – beyaz veya renkli. Her katılımcı isim, soy isim, adres, telefon, e-posta adresini karikatürün arkasına yazacak; fotoğraf ve kısa özgeçmiş gönderecektir.
3 – Yarışmaya gönderilecek eserler karikatür tarzında olmalıdır. Resim veya illüstrasyon tarzındaki eserler kabul edilmez. Karikatürler yazısız olmalıdır.
4 – Yarışmaya en fazla 2 eser ile katılmak mümkündür. Ancak, bir katılımcıya birden fazla ödül verilmez.
5 – Eserler en geç 31 Ağustos 2020 tarihine kadar, belirtilen adrese posta veya kargo ile ulaştırılmış olmalıdır. Eserlerin gönderilmesinde meydana gelebilecek kayıp, gecikme ve hasardan çizer sorumlu olacaktır.
6 – Yarışmaya gönderilecek eserlerin yayınlanmış veya yayınlanmamış olmaları önemli değildir.
7 – TürkSigorta ve Kıbrıs Türk Karikatürcüler Derneği temslcilerinden oluşacak Seçici Kurul Üyeleri’nin değerlendirmesine sunulan ve finale kalan eserler, yarışmanın resmi web sayfasında yayınlanacak; karikatürcülerin, karikatürcü örgütlerinin, benzer – taklit – çalıntı karikatürlere karşı oluşturulan uluslararası organizasyonların dikkatine ve itirazına getirilecektir. Finale kalan herhangi bir karikatürün çalıntı – taklit veya benzer olduğu belgelendiği taktirde, bir sonraki yüksek puan alan finalist karikatür ödüllendirilir.
8 – Yarışmada ödül kazanan eserlerin yanısıra, Seçici Kurul’un uygun göreceği sayıdaki eser bir albüm halinde yayınlanabilir. Albümün yayınlanması durumunda eseri yayınlanan çizerlere birer adet albüm ücretsiz olarak gönderilecektir.
9 – Yarışmaya gönderilen eserler, online olarak veya açık yada kapalı mekanlarda ve/veya internet ortamında ve/veya sosyal medyada ve/veya basılı ve görsel medyada ve/veya reklam amaçlı tüm materyallerde, TürkSigorta veya Kıbrıs Türk Karikatürcüler Derneği’nin belirleyeceği tarihlerde ve istenilen zaman aralıklarında TürkSigorta logosunun rahatlıkla görünür ebatta olması kaydıyla sergilenebilecek veya yayınlanabilecektir.
10 – KKTC vatandaşı çizerler dışında, yarışmada ilk üç ödülü Türkiye Cumhuriyeti çizerlerinin kazanması durumunda ödül törenine katılmaları için gerekli ulaşım ve konaklama giderleri TürkSigorta tarafından karşılanacaktır.

*The competition is open to all amateur and professional cartoonists.
*Each artist can submit up to unlimited for each theme
*There is no limit on the techniques you can use.
*Artworks must not be larger than A3 paper.
*Artworks format must be “JPG” with 300 DPI resolution and the size of each artwork must not exceed more than 3 megabytes.
The awards of the awarded artists will be sent to their addresses by mail.
Selected works of art will be exhibited in Kuşadası KUAKMER ART GALLERY in August and will be included in the PDF catalog.
(The participation sertificate and catalog,a copy will be sent to all participants.)
*Along with the artworks you must also send this information: full name, mobile number,exact mailing address, biography and a photo of the artist.
*The cartoons will be kept in the archive of the institution and can be used in posters, handouts, calendars, magazines, and newspapers. The publication will be sent to the holder of that cartoon.
By sending his/her works, and participating in the contest, the cartoonists agree to the mentioned rules and conditions.

III International Competition of Satirical Drawing «DZHMELYK»

The founder: Dolyna City Council.
Organizers: CI «The City Center of Culture, Sport and Tourism» of Dolyna
City Council, Ukraine Association of Cartoonist.
1.The Competition can be attended by citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, stateless persons. Participation in the Competition is free.
2.Competition is held in the following age categories:
Category I (from 7 to 11 years old);
Category II (12 to 17 years old)
Category III (17 years and older)
3.Theme of work: bumblebee, bee, wasp, bee products and others.
4.The winners of the Competition will be awarded with prizes and monetary rewards. Prize fund of the Competition is 40 thousand hrn. The organizer may assign additional prizes in any form or quantity determined by him.
5.To participate in the Competition, the competitioner fills in the Entry Form and sends the work. The works are accepted in two variants on a choice:
original versions of the handwritten drawing or qualitative copies on a dense
paper at the address:

6.A competitioner can submit no more than 3 works, on a sheet of paper from A4 to A3. For the electronic version: A4 format, RGB color concept, 300 dpi resolution, maximum file size up to 3 MB.
7.The deadline for submitting works is May 20, 2020.
8.Each work (original or copy) must be described in reverse way as follows: surname, name and address of the author, year of birth, telephone or electronic contact, optional work title. Also, with the drawings, the participant's Entry Form must be sent in printed or electronic form (if the work was sent by e-mail).
9.The submitted work must be authored. The participant accepting the terms of this Regulation confirms that he is the author of the work he sent and has the right to his unlimited copyright and related rights to use and dispose of the work submitted.
10.Works submitted to the Competition that do not meet the conditions set forth in this Regulation will not be included in the Competition. Also, works that promote violence, religious and ethnic hatred are not allowed to the Competition.
11.Submissions will be evaluated according to the following main criteria:
- having a sense of humor;
- interesting plot;
- creative approach;
- technique of execution;
- conformity of works to the subject of the Competition.
12.The quantitative and personal composition of the jury is determined by the organizer, approved by the mayor's decree. The jury selects works for the exhibition and defines the winners of the Competition in three age categories. The jury's decision is final and can not be appealed.
13.The organizers of the contest provide catalog printing. Each participant of the Competition, whose work is included in the number of selected works of the winners, will receive a catalog of the Competition.
14.The winners of the Competition will be announced and awarded during the Festival of Humor «Vesela Kopytcya» on July 7, 2020. The selected works will be exhibited in The Dolyna Regional Museum of Tetyana and Omelan Antonovych «Boykivschyna»
(Dolyna, Chornovola St., 2a).
15.This Regulation is the only document that determines the conditions of the Competition. Changes and additions to this Regulation are made in the order of its adoption.
16.The organizers of the Competition reserve the right to use works in conducting further exhibitions, to prepare and publish informational materials, printed products (catalogs, calendars, booklets), publications on the competition, etc. in the media and on the Internet. The organizers are obliged to provide the corresponding reference to the author of the work in any public reproduction of the works of the participant.
