While cartoons for the second international Cartoon biannual Niko Nikolla continue to come from all over the world, we are pleased to announce that so far 70 countries have submitted their beautiful and meaningful works. The deadline for submitting was today.
Given such a tremendous interest and participation, the board decided to postpone to deadline till September 10th 2022.
Niko Nikolla International Caricature Biennale put Albania for the first time in the world cartoon map.
We are so amazed by this extraordinary interest and participation and we thank all the artists for the wonderful works that they have submitted, the members of the selection committee and the board.

Plajlarda atılan yüzlerce izmarit nedeniyle yaşanan çevre kirliliğine dikkat çekmek amacıyla Ayvalık Belediyesi, TEMA Vakfı Ayvalık İlçe Temsilciliği ve Doğa Dostu Karikatür
Grubu’yla birlikte düzenlenen “İzmaritsiz Ayvalık” konulu uluslararası karikatür yarışması sonuçlandı. 25 farklı ülkeden 113 karikatür sanatçısının 235 katılım arasından ön elemeye kalan 44 eser arasından 9+3
(12) karikatür, Altınova Kum Adası’nda halk oylamasıyla belirlendi.

Katılım Koşulları:Yarışmanın konusu serbesttir.
Karikatürler mutlaka orijinal çizim olmalıdır.
Yarışmaya gönderilecek karikatürler 2022 yılında çizilmiş olmalıdır.
Yarışma bütün dünya karikatürcülerine açıktır.
Daha önce başka bir yarışmada ödül almamış olmalıdır.
Yarışmaya üç karikatür ile katılabilinir.
Gönderilecek karikatürlerin boyutları A4 veya A3 boyutunda olmalıdır.
Katılanlar eserlerinin arkasına adını, soyadını, adresini, telefon numarasını, ülkesini yazmalıdır. Sanatçılar kısa özgeçmişlerini karikatürlerine eklemelidir.
Karikatürler posta veya elektronik posta yolu ile gönderilebilir. E-posta ile gönderilecek eserler karikaturculerdernegi34@gmail.com adresine A4 boyutlarında, 300 dpi, JPEG veya TIFF formatta, her eser en fazla 3 MB ve kişisel bilgilerini (ad, soyad, posta adresi, e-mail adresi, kısa biyografi, foto) bir .doc format dosyası halinde eklenmiş olarak göndermeleri rica olunur.
Karikatürler en geç 31 Ekim 2022 tarihine kadar verilen adrese ulaşmış olmalıdır.
Sonuçlar 9 Kasım 2022 günü açıklanacaktır.
Yarışmaya katılan tüm karikatürler Karikatürcüler Derneği tarafından İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Karikatür ve Mizah Merkezi’nde saklanacaktır.
Yarışma karikatürleri bir albümde toplanacak, albüme girecek eserler ve sergilenmeye değer görülenler jüri tarafından seçilecektir.
Eserleri sergilenenlere ve albümde yayınlananlara yarışma albümü gönderilecektir. Yarışmaya katılanlar bütün koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırlar.
Yarışmaya katılan kişi gönderdiği her bir eserin fikri haklarını Karikatürcüler Derneği’ne devretmiş sayılacağını kabul eder. Buna göre Karikatürcüler Derneği sayılanlar dahil fakat bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere çoğaltma, yayma ve işleme hakları dahil tüm fikri haklara sahip olacaktır. Bu hakları üçüncü kişiler aracılığı ile de kullanabilir.

42nd International Nasreddin Hodja Cartoon Contest 31 October 2002

|
|
THE Conditions:The subject of the Competition is free.
The caricatures shall unconditionally be original drawing.
The cartoons to be sent to the contest must be drawn in 2022.
The Competition is open to caricaturists from all ower the world.
The caricatures must not be awarded by another Competition.
The caricaturists can participate at the Competition maximum with three caricatures.
The dimensions of caricatures shall be in A4 or A3 size.
The caricaturists have to write in their names and surnames, address, telephone number and their countries on the back of their works of art. And their CV’s (curriculum vitae) have to be added to their caricatures.
We kindly request that those who will participate in our contest digitally send their cartoons to karikaturculerdernegi34@gmail.com attached as a .doc in A4 size, 300 dpi, JPEG or TIFF format, a maximum 3 MB per cartoon, and including their personal information (name, surname, mailing address, e-mail address, short biography, photo) until October 31, 2022.
The caricatures shall be delivered to the given address at the latest October 31, 2022.
The results shall be announced on November 9, 2022.
All caricatures send to the Contest shall be kept the Cartoonists Association in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Cartoon and Humor Center.
The jury will choose the caricatures which will be included in the Album and the caricatures which will be exhibited. Then the Album of the Competition will be published.
The Album of the Competition will be send to the caricaturists of whom works of art exhibited and included in the Album. The caricaturists participated at the Competition shall be regarded as accepted all the conditions of the Competition.
The person participating in the competition accepts that they will be transferring the intellectual rights of each work they sent to the Cartoonists Association. Accordingly, Cartoonist Association will have the rights, includes but not limited to, the rights to reproduce, disseminate and process the cartoons participating in the competition. Cartoonist Association can also use these rights through third parties.
THE PRIZES:Grand Prize: 40.000 ₺ (Turkish Lira)
Honour Prizes (5): 8.000 ₺ (Turkish Lira)
Special Prizes: Special Prizes offered by various establishments, associations, newspapers, art magazines, syndicates and agencies.

Ülkemiz Sahilleri, Ormanları, Sokaklarını izmarit tehlikesi altında.
Sigara içen insanların bazıları kendi sağlıklarını tehlike altına attıkları gibi sigara izmaritlerini kültablalarına değilde, ortalığa atıyorlar.
Doğada yüz yıldan fazla bir süre çözünmeyen pvc (plastik) kökenli izmaritler doğal yaşamı tehdit ediyor.
İşte bu tehlikeye dikkati çekmek için Doğa Dostu Karikatür Grubu olarak Ayvalık Belediyesi ve TEMA Vakfı Ayvalık İlçe Sorumluluğu'nun katkısı ile "İzmaritsiz Ayvalık" konulu Uluslararası Karikatür Yarışması gerçekleştirdik.
25 farklı ülkeden 113 karikatür Sanatçısının gönderdiği 235 eser ön juri tarafından değerlendirilmiştir.
Finale kalan yerli ve yabancı 41 Sanatçının 41 eseri 31.Ağustos.2022 günü ALTINOVA KUM ADA da HALK JURİSİnin vereceği oylar ile değerlendirilecek ve Ayvalık Belediyesi nin sağladığı Yerel Ürün paketleri ile dokuz karikatür ödüllendirilecektir.

Not: yarışma komitesi, yarışmaya karikatür gönderen 18 yaş altı dört öğrencimizin eserlerini ayrıca değerlendirerek, Karikatür Sanatçısı Ayşen Baloğlu nun "Karikatür Nasıl Çizilir?" ve Şirin Şekerpare Kitap Seti ile ödüllendirdi.

1. The number of entries is limited to 5 Any kind of graphical technique will be accepted. The works may not have been selected or awarded in contests before. The drawings shall not bear subtitles.
2. You can send your works in two ways:Register and upload your cartoons on our platform www.ecc-kruishoutem.be/register
Or send them by regular post to the following address: Euro-kartoenale - René D’Huyvetterstraat 5C - 9770 Kruishoutem - Belgium - Europe
On our website you can check the list of participants to see if you works arrived. The entry list is updated daily.
3. Digital drawings:Digital drawings shall have the following dimensions: 300 dpi, maximum 3MB.
4. Paper drawings:The drawings sent by post must be on A4 and bear, on the reverse side, the surname, forename, e-mail and address of the participant. The original entries will only be sent back by the organizers on written request. The organization can in no way be held responsible for eventually damaged or lost works.
5. Consent:By participating, the artist agrees with this rules and authorize the organizers to publish the submitted works in the catalogue and for the promotion of the exhibition. For any other use of the cartoons the permission of the cartoonist is previously requested.
The participant agrees that the personal information (name, e-mail, address) is used to keep her/him informed about the competition.
6. The prizes:
1st prize:€ 2.100,00 + trophy
2nd prize:€ 1.700,00 + trophy
3rd prize:€ 1.500,00 + trophy
Best EU cartoon:€ 1.000,00
Best Belgian cartoon:€ 1.000,00
Prize of the ECC:Personal exhibition in the ECC, On the occasion of the prize-giving ceremony, all the winners are invited for a stay of 3 days in Kruishoutem.
7. Catalogue:On request the participants get a free catalogue. However, the postage costs are for their own account. They can also collect the catalogue at the European Cartoon Center. If your work is published in the catalogue a free copy is sent automatically.
8. Exhibitions:The exhibition will run from the 9th of April till the 25th of June 2023 in the European Cartoon Center Kruishoutem. The participant lends the submitted works to the organizers for itinerant exhibitions. Consequently, the selected works will remain at the disposal of the organizers until December 2024. The awarded works will become property of the organization.
9. Jury:The international jury of cartoon professionals will meet in Kruishoutem on the 27th of January 2023. The complete list of jury members will be announced on our website after the expiry of the deadline. If after announcement of the prizes it appears that plagiarism has been committed the jury can after deliberation withdraw the prize.
10. Inauguration:The inauguration and prize-giving ceremony will take place on Saturday the 8th of April 2023.

Nidai Güngördü (Onursal Başkan), M. Serhan Gazioğlu, Derman Atik, Musa
Kayra, Aysun Çelik, Selen Selışık ve Hüseyin Çakmak’tan oluşan Uluslararası Zeytin
Mizah Şenliği Düzenleme Komitesi Üyeleri’nin yaptığı değerlendirme toplantısında,
“2022 Altın Zeytin Mizah Hizmet Ödülleri”ni kazananlar şu şekilde belirlendi:Alper Susuzlu (Kıbrıs Türk Karikatür Sanatı’na Yaptığı Katkılar Nedeni ile); Eroln
Refikoğlu (Mizahi Tiyatro ve Mizahi TV Parodisi Dalında – Oynadığı Oyunlar,
Canlandırdığı Karakterler – Yaptığı Katkılar Nedeni ile); Kadri Şah (Mizahi Öykü
Dalında Yaptığı Katkılar nedeni ile); Kenan İnatçı (Taşlama Şiir Dalında Yaptığı
Katkılar Nedeni ile); Milko Dikov (Bulgar Karikatür Sanatı ile Dünya Karikatür
Sanatı’na Karikatür Dalında Yaptığı Katkılar Nedeni ile); Mustafa Cemal Azizoğlu
(Kıbrıs Türk Karikatür Sanatı’na Yaptığı Katkılar Nedeni ile)
2022 Altın Zeytin Mizah Hizmet Ödülleri, Ekim ayı içerisinde, Zeytinlik
köyünde gerçekleştirilecek 21. Uluslararası Zeytin Festivali’nde düzenlenecek ödül
töreninde sahiplerine verilecektir. Sanatçılara sunulacak ödüller “Altın Zeytin
Heykeli” ile “Ödül Diploması”ndan oluşacaktır.

Ayvalık Belediyesi “İzmaritsiz Ayvalık” Karikatür Yarışması

YARIŞMA KOŞULLARI:
1-Yarışma Konusu: İzmaritsiz Ayvalık
Yarışmayı düzenlemekteki amaç , sigara izmaritlerini küllüklere, çöp kutularına değil sokağa, denizlere-sahile-kumsala, ormana atarak doğal yaşamı tehlikeye atanları karikatürün evrensel dili ile uyarmak ve bu konuda toplumsal farkındalık oluşturmaktır.
2-Yarışma amatör ya da profesyonel bütün karikatür çizerlerine açıktır. Gönderilecek karikatürler yayımlanmış olabilir, ancak bir başka yarışmadan ödül almamış olması gerekir.
3-Yarışmaya gönderilecek karikatürlerde çizim tekniği serbesttir.
4-Elektronik ortamda gönderilecek karikatürler “en az 300 dpi çözünürlükte“ olmalıdır.
5- Her yarışmacı en fazla 3 (üç) karikatür ile katılabilir. Yarışma karikatürleri (ödül alsın veya almasın) iade edilmez ve her türlü kullanım hakkı eser sahibinin yanı sıra Ayvalık Belediyesine de aittir.
6-Yarışmacılar, karikatürlerinin yanında ad -soyadları ile iletişim bilgilerini içeren EK1 ve EK2 Belgelerini okunaklı olarak yazmalıdır. Karikatürler en son 21/08/2022 Pazar günü 17.30’a kadar
izmaritsizayvalik@gmail.com adresine e-posta ile ulaşmış olmalıdır.
7-Karikatür yarışması Ayvalık Belediyesi ve TEMA Vakfı Ayvalık İlçe Sorumluluğu'nun ilan edeceği tarih ve mekanda yapılacaktır. Katılan karikatürler numaralandırılarak sergilenecek ve sonuçlar sergiyi izlemeye gelenlerin oy sandığına gün boyu kullandıkları oylar ile belirlenecektir.
Karikatür Sanatçısı Sönmez YANARDAĞ’ın koordinatörlüğünde Ayvalık Belediye Temsilcisi ve TEMA Ayvalık Temsilcisi'nden oluşan komisyonun denetiminde, saat 17.05 ten itibaren sayılacak ve en fazla oyu alan dokuz ulusal karikatür Ayvalık’ın yerel ürünlerinden oluşan hediye paketi ile ödüllendirilecektir.
Ödüller, Bir hafta içerisinde kazanan Sanatçıların adreslerine kargo ile gönderilecektir.
Ayvalık Belediyesi seçilen eserleri çevre etkinliklerinde sergileyecek, sosyal medyada, belediyeye ait kültür sanat ve turizm dergisinde eser sahiplerinin isimleri ile birlikte yayınlayacaktır.
