Yarışmanın bu yıl ki konusu: “Bağımlılıklarla Mücadelenin 100. Yılında Sağlıklı Yaşamın Önemi”
Yarışmanın bu yıl ki ana konusunun “Bağımlılıklarla Mücadelenin 100. Yılında Sağlıklı Yaşamın Önemi” olarak belirlendiği yarışmada; sağlıklı yaşamın bağımlılıklarla mücadelede önleyici etkisi vurgulanarak, dünyanın da bu soruna bakışı karikatüristlerin perspektifinden dikkat çekildi.
Yarışmaya katılan eserler; sanatsal nitelik, konuya uygun mizahi yön, eserde yansıtılan konunun günlük yaşamla ilişkili toplumsal ve kültürel etki gücü olarak değerlendirmeye alındı. Yarışmanın ödül töreni haziran ayı içerisinde Yeşilay Genel Merkezi’nde gerçekleşecek. Kazanan eser sahiplerine ödülleri törenle takdim edilecek. |

The Ministry of Culture in Egypt, in cooperation with Egyptian Caricature Association organizes The 7th International Cartoon Gathering.
Eligible Participants: Opened to all artists from all over the world above 18 years of age.
Theme:
1- Music.
2- Caricature: Egyptian singer (Umm Kulthum).
Technical Criteria:
• All artworks to be prepared at 300 dpi.
• Size A3 (297mmx420mm) in JPEG format.
• Entries: Max. 3 cartoons.
• Submitted works can be in color or black and white, in any style or technique.
• Submitted works must not violate copyright laws.
• By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own and permit the organizers to have full right to reproduce all or a part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition.

Cartoon Competition - Journalism Without Fear or
Favour: |

|
The World Press Freedom Conference (WPFC) will take place on 22-24 April 2020 at the World Forum in The Hague, a city known for its role in international peace and justice. The organization urges those active in the field of press freedom to participate. The WPFC will also feature the first-ever World Press Freedom Festival. At least 1,500 participants from all over the world are expected, including a number of high-profile journalists.
Cartoon Movement and Cartooning for Peace invite cartoonists from around the globe, established artists but also new talent, to send in their work for an international cartoon competition and exhibition at the World Press Freedom Conference. The theme of the competition is journalism without fear or favour. In many countries the independence and freedom of media is under attack. Journalists must be able to do their work without fear of or favour from any particular person, opinion, ideology, or other actors.
About the theme:
Media organizations, journalists, people who use media like you and me: we are all confronted with filters every day. They come in many shapes and sizes. Some countries apply filters by censoring, by forbidding media from publishing on certain topics and by locking up journalists. Companies sometimes also create filters to influence the media. They do this, for example, by deciding not to advertise in a newspaper anymore because of negative reporting about that company. As a result, journalists cannot do their work properly, and we as an audience no longer get to know the full story.
Filters are also caused by a lack of diversity in the media. For example, the number of women we see on TV is still lagging behind the number of men. Media users also encounter filters. Think of algorithms on social media, and how they create your own news bubble. The challenge is to be critical, to fight filters, to break them. In this way we all contribute to a free and independent press. In this way we all contribute to ‘Journalism without fear or favour’.
Freedom of expression is a key human right. It is a prerequisite for a well-functioning democracy where people can live freely. Journalists play an important role in this regard, as an independent source of information and watchdog. They must be able to do their work independently and in safety. Unfortunately, this cannot be taken for granted. The independence of the media is under pressure. Even now, journalists are being intimidated, threatened and murdered, including in Europe.

Rules of Participation:
1. This competition is open to all cartoonists from all over the world. Cartoonists can send in work that is unpublished, or work that has been published before.
2. The cartoons should reflect the theme 'Journalism without fear or favour'.
3. Cartoons should not be about a particular country, person or religion. Cartoons that focus on a certain country, person or religion will be considered ineligible.
4. Cartoon can be black and white or in color, and can be created using any technique.
5. Cartoons must be sent in via email to cartoons@cartoonmovement.com.
6. Cartoon size must be sent in high resolution, minimum width/heigth of 2500 pixels at 300dpi, JPG or PNG format.
7. Each cartoonist can send in a maximum of three works.
8. Participants must include the following in their submission:
a) Full name & address.
b) Email & telephone number.
c) A short bio (max. 250 words).
9. The deadline of the competition is March 1, 2020, 23:59 GMT.
Prizes:
1. A jury will convene in March 2020 to select the cartoons for the exhibition and to determine the winner.
2. One winner will be selected. The winner will be invited to The Hague to make a visual report in cartoons of the conference. Travel and accommodation will be covered, as well as a daily fee for drawing during the conference.
3. Selected works will be included in the exhibition that will be on display for the duration of the conference. Selected artists will receive a small fee for the inclusion of their work.
4. The winners and the selected works will be announced in March.
Copyright:
1. Copyright of the submitted cartoons will remain with the artist.
2. Submitted cartoons may be used (non-exclusively) by the competition organization and affiliated organizations for the exhibition and for promotional purposes, in print and online.

Açılışta Eskişehir’den gelerek açılışa katılan sergi çizerlerinin yanı sıra kalabalık bir davetli topluluğu ve İzmir’li çizerler de hazır bulundular. 1- Yarışma amatör ve profesyonel bütün dünya sanatçılarına açıktır.
2- Yarışmanın konusu; “Sinema ve Göçmenler” olarak belirlenmiştir.
3- Yarışmaya katılacak eserlerde teknik serbesttir. Eserler daha önce hiçbir yarışmada ödül almamış olmalıdır. Katılan karikatürlerde Yılmaz Güney sinemasında somutlaşan ve zaten karikatürün özünde de bulunan toplumcu, ilerici, eleştirel, gerçekçi ve yenilikçi değerler -öz-biçim niteliği bağlamında- özellikle dikkate alınmalıdır.
4- Katılımcılar istedikleri sayıda eser gönderebilirler. Ancak bir çizere birden fazla ödül verilmez.
5- Gönderilecek karikatürler en fazla A3 (29,7 cm x 42 cm) boyutunda, 300 dpi çözünürlüğünde ve jpg formatında olmalıdır.
6- Yarışmaya katılacak eserler 15 Nisan 2020 tarihine kadar e-posta yoluyla;

10- Değerlendirme sonucunda; 3 karikatüriste “Yılmaz Güney Onur Ödülü”, 1 karikatüriste “Yılmaz Güney Kültür Sanat Festivali Özel Ödülü”, 1 karikatüriste “Jüri Özel Ödülü” verilecektir. Ayrıca cezaevlerinden katılan 2 çizere de “Yılmaz Güney Özgürlük Ödülü” verilecektir. Ödüller “Özel Olarak Tasarlanmış Heykelcik, Yılmaz Güney Vakfı’nın yayımladığı Yılmaz Güney Kitapları Seti ve Orijinal Yılmaz Güney Film Afişleri”nden oluşmaktadır.
11- Seçici kurulda; karikatür sanatçıları Elena Ospina (Kolombiya), Erhan Yaşar Babalık (Türkiye), İsmail Kızıl Doğan (Belçika), Mihai Ignat (Romanya), Altan Özeskici (Türkiye) ve Aşkın Ayrancıoğlu (Türkiye) bulunmaktadır.
12- Yarışmaya katılan karikatürler, düzenleyen kurumun arşivinde kalacak afiş, takvim, broşür, dergi, gazete vb. organlarda yayımlanabilecektir. Bunun karşılığında eseri yayımlanan sanatçıya o yayından gönderilecektir.

The Biennial where humor needs no color, just a smile, philosophical intelligence and a simple, direct color - black and white and its nuances.
1 - Theme: Laugh With and at Health (Human and systems)
a) Health is something that worries us daily, and although we say that we are looking good, we rarely complain about it, but about other ailments, such as empty pockets to pay the doctor, IDP (age) social colds … Health is something more complicated than in the times of our grandmothers' little ones. Today it is a game of balances, not just physical, energetic or spiritual, as a field of economic battles in the pharmaceutical universe, of confrontations between said conventional medicines with traditional or alternative medicines, as if life had a healthy and unhealthy alternation. We cannot forget that side of alchemy / magic that has accompanied the evolution of humanity and reflecting the color, diversity, life of each culture and each people. Since the dawn of humanity, man has been looking for ways in nature (physical and chemical) to maintain the healthy balance of being. Shamans, druids, healers, physicists, herbalists, pharmacists, doctors… yes, we live in an era of the global village, but at this moment it is more important to demonstrate the diversity, the identity of each people, each culture that makes humor with the generalist banality of the universe. We would like your drawings to also show a little of your culture, your diversity in health and medicine.
To speak of health is to speak of man or humanity? Are the symptoms of illness the same or disparate? Can there be a healthy humanity with sick beings or healthy Men in a sick society? Are governments really willing to have a good National Health Service policy or is this counterproductive for pharmaceutical lobbyists, who end up controlling their health to their liking? And what about the sick doctor relationship (which the Order of Doctors asks to be considered an Intangible Heritage of Humanity) that is being submerged by technologies and by the economist dehumanization of medicine?
So many serious issues looking for laughing satires… We all know that laughing is already an alternative drug, a placebo that eradicates multiple diseases of humanity, but to what extent it has therapeutic strength to keep us awake against usurpations, games, unhealthy corruptions of society?
b) As a subgroup, as part of the portrait-charge / Caricature, we will honor António Arnaut(Penela 18/1/1936 - Coimbra 21/5/2018) the “father” of the National Health Service, created in 1978 when he held the position of Minister of Social Affairs (II Constitutional Government).
2 - Open to the participation of all graphic artists with humor, professionals or amateurs.
3 - Deadline: May 31th, 2020. They should be sent to humorgrafe.oms@gmail.com, humorgrafe@hotmail.com or humorgrafe_oms@yahoo.com (If they do not receive confirmation of receipt, resend SFF).
4 - Each artist can send, via e-mail in digital format (300 dpis A4 size) up to 4 monochrome works(one color with all its shades - 2, 3 or 4 color drawings are not accepted - open to all techniques and styles such as caricature, cartoon, humorous drawing, comic strip, comic strip (story on a single board) ... these should be accompanied with information of name, date of birth, address and e-mail.
5 - The works will be judged by a jury composed of: representatives of the Penela City Council; representative of the Espinhal Parish Council; representative of the Oliveira Guimarães family; by the Artistic Director of the Biennial; one sponsor representative, one local media representative and one to two guest artists, with the following Awards being granted:
1st Prize of the VII BHLOG 2020 (€ 2,000)
2nd Prize of the VII BHLOG 2020 (€ 1,500)
3rd Prize of the VII BHLOG 2020 (€ 1,000)
VII BHLOG 2020 Caricature Award (€ 1,200)
The Jury, at its discretion, may award “Special Awards” (António Oliveira Guimarães, Leonor Oliveira Guimarães, Municipality of Penela, Junta de Freguesia do Espinhal and Humorgrafe), as an honorary title, with the right to a trophy.
6 - The Jury grants the right to make a selection of the best works to exhibit in the available space and catalog edition (which will be sent to all artists with reproduced work).
7 - The Organization will inform all artists by e.mail if they have been selected for the exhibition and catalog, and which artists have been awarded. The works awarded with remuneration are automatically acquired by the Organization. The originals of the winning entries must be delivered to the Organization (the original in computer-made works is a high quality A4 hand-signed, 1/1 numbered print), because without this delivery, the prize money will not be unlocked.
8 - Reproduction rights are the property of the Organization as soon as it is for the promotion of this organization and are punctually discussed with the authors in the case of other uses.

It is open to students of all grades and types of schools and to professional artists from all over the world. They are required to submit one or more works developing the themes of peace, tollerance, fight against any form of racism and of defense of human rights. Each competitor may take part in two ways:
1) E-mail, JPG format max 1,5 Mb [e-mail: istsuperiore@faxforpeace.eu] one or more pictures or works of visual art.
2) Send short films and cartoons of maximum 5 minute length that could also be forwarded in compressed format to the following e-mail address [istsuperiore@faxforpeace.eu] or forwarded by mail to [via degli Alpini, 1 - 33097 Spilimbergo (Pn) Italia]. The videos can be shot/ made in the most common formats (AVI, MPEG, Real Video, QuickTime, Video for Windows ecc.).
WHEN Works from each competitor (individual artist, student or class) will be accepted starting from Sunday November 24th 2019 at 8.00 a.m. until Saturday February 29th 2020 at 12.00 p.m.
EXHIBITION On each work it is necessary to indicate full name, name of school and grade/class (if students), telephone and fax number and/or e-mail address, city, country. The works will be exhibited as they are received in an “in progress” exhibition which will open on Sunday 24th November, 2019 at 5.00 p.m. at the Istituto Superiore di Spilimbergo - Il Tagliamento (via degli Alpini, 1 - Spilimbergo, Pordenone, ITALY). Single students will also have to specify their school address, their age and the class attended. Competitors implicitly authorize the school to reproduce and use their works in the catalogue and in different media for no-profit activities. The organization cannot be held responsible in case of theft, damage or loss of the works. Works will not be returned or retransmitted to their authors. The exhibition will close on April 30st, 2020. A catalogue will be printed, reproducing a wide selection of the works received after/following up, which later will be sent to competitors free of charge, previous formal request.
THE JURY The jury of experts in communication, art critics and representatives of the school world will select 6 works among those received within the expiry date, according to their development of proposed themes and their effectiveness.
PRIZES The following six prizes, will be awarded according to categories: - best work - Kindergarten and Primary Schools: € 300,00; - best work - Lower Secondary Schools: € 300,00; - best work - Secondary High Schools: € 300,00; - best work - Video or cartoon: € 300,00; - best work - Artists: € 300,00;
SPECIAL PRIZES - best work to satirical or humorous drawing on human and civil themes: € 300,00;

The Museum of Caricature and Cartoon of Vianden with the cooperation of Les Amis du Château de Vianden and Naturpark OUR are pleased to announce their
13th INTERNATIONAL CONTEST OF CARICATURE AND CARTOON OF VIANDEN
1. Subject:LUCK (chance, hazard, good/bad fortune, destiny…)
2. Deadline:30 March 2020
3. Prizes:1st prize:1500 €, 2nd prize: 1000 €, 3rd prize: 500 €, 3 honourable mentions
4. Entries: Each participant can submit up to 4 entries in digital format by sending them via internet to the following address: cartoon@caricature.eu. The author must include the following details in his or her e-mail: first name, last name, complete address, e-mail address, phone number and the title or the number of each submission. The specifications for these electronic submissions are as follows: format JPEG, good quality, and max. 1, 5 MB per picture. Out of these submissions, will be made a selection of 70-120 drawings. Only the awarded artists will be invited to send the original work by mail. All these works will be shown as prints at the exhibition and in the catalogue. Their size should be between A4 (210x297mm) and A3 (297x420mm).
5. Technique:Free, black and white or in colour, without subtitles.
6.Prizes andExhibition: The announcement of the prizes and honourable mentions will happen on 2thMay 2020 in Castle of Vianden and the exhibition will take place in the Hall of the Knights of the Castle of Vianden from 3th May until 24th May 2020. There are plans to display the exhibits in the Museum of Caricature and Cartoon of Vianden and in other cities or country.
7. Returns:The drawings that were awarded one of the prizes will become property of the organizer.
8. Catalogue:The authors whose submissions are selected for the exhibition will receive a free catalogue by mail.
9. Results:The results will be published on the website www.caricature.eu on 3thMay 2020.
The award winners selected by the jury will be personally informed via e-mail or by phone. The final decisions of the jury are incontestable.
10. Copyright: The selected participants give the organizers permission to use their drawings only for promoting the artist and the event itself. Every other aspect of the copyright remains with the artist (except for the awarded submissions). It ensures that the awarded works can no longer be submitted in other contests or published by their authors or third parties after the official publication of the results.
11. Generalities The submitted work should not have been awarded or published before the deadline of this contest.
By taking part in this contest the participants accept the abovementioned rules.

CRITERIA
•The following categories of original works will be considered: cartoons, satirical drawing, comic/strip (up to one panel of non-linguistic strip)

SUBMISSION
•In principle, ORIGINAL, hand-drawn works are expected. Only if the author works exclusively in digital technique, printed DIGITAL WORKS numbered and signed in pencil on the front will be considered * Note: only original works will be considered for the OSTEN Museum of Drawing
•The ORIGINAL WORKS by the cartoonists from newer production, which have not previously been published or awarded, will be considered. Cartoons that are deemed by the jury to be identical or closely similar to the known works by another author - will NOT be judged.* Note: according to the organizer’s directions, the selector and the international jury will pay particular attention to the visual expression of the submitted works
•Regular applicant should: - fill out this Application Form (electronically or manually) and send it to the e-mail: cartoons@osten.com.mk along with a photo and short bio of the author - to send the works by post mail along with the printed Application Form * Note: the name of the author, the title of the work and the technique should be stated on the back of each work.
•By completing the application, the author gives to the organizer a non-exclusive right to use, exhibit,study and publish his works for the needs of the event.

Sanat ölmez, dahası hep yaşar, yaşatır da.
Peki sanatçı ölür mü? Niçin ölsün sanatçı? Sanatın asil kollarında sürekli yüzen bir yüzücü ise, ömrünü buna adamışsa, anlaşılsın veya anlaşılmasın, bizden haberli veya habersiz yaşamaya devam eder sanatçı. Anlaşılmak bir kıymetse, anlaşılamaması daha fazla kıymettir. Anlaşılma ve anlaşılmamanın kavşağında duran sanatçılar ise her türden kıymetten ötededir.
Ali Ulvi, büyük karikatürcü olmaktan öte, büyük bir sanatçı idi. O sanata adanmış bir hayatı, karikatür özelinde süsledi, inceltti, yoğunlaştırdı, derinleştirdi ve ummana akıtan bir nehre dönüştürdü.
Anlaşılabildi mi?
Fark etmez. Zaman onu kendi terazisinde tartacaktır.
Karikatürün gür ve sade sesine yaslanamsı, onu kolay anlaşılmanın olduğu yerde tutmaz. Tutmadı da nitekim. Leonardo’nun dediği üzere, “Güzellik fazlalıktan arınmışlık”sa eğer, o en güzel arınmaya el verdi. O günceli bile, geleceğe aktaran, yoğun bir zihinsel uğraşa davetiye çıkaran, ancak çok küçük bir ışık huzmesi halindeki öteleri, çok önceden işleyebilme mahareti, basireti ve kabiliyetine haiz bir sanatçı idi. Zaman geçtikçe onun çizgilerindeki en açık gibi görünen anlam noktalarının dahi üstü örtülüp, daha zengin, daha karmaşık bir hal aldı. Şaşırtıcıydı bu. Nasıl olurdu da, anlaşılan, bir müddet sonra güç anlaşılana dönüşebilmekteydi. İşte bu sanatçının gücü ve dokunuşuna ait müstesna bir özelliktir.
Ölümünün 22. yılında Ali Ulvi, örnek, sancılı yaratıcılığın bir timsali olarak görülmeli. Yıllar ne çabuk çabuk geçmiş, geçiyor dedirtiyor, bu tamam. Ama sanat geçmiyor, inatla orada duruyor, yaratıcısına saygısını kendi inadında sürdürüyor.
Türkiye’de karikatürün bir aura yakalamasında onun rolü kalıcı ve parlaktır. Ondan, onun çizim sürprizlerinden nice sanatçı çıkmıştır. Bunu bir ekol olarak da adlandırmak mümkündür; Ali Ulvi Ekolü.
Bir şairin dediğinden hareket edersek her sanatçı benzersiz ama aynı zamanda benzerlerinin bir benzeridir. Ali Ulvi, benzerleri arasında benzersiz kimliği ve kendi kimyasına has renkleriyle her daim anılmayı hak ediyor. Çünkü çizgileri, merhamet ve vicdan; dobralık ve hakşinaslık kokuyor…
Ne mutlu Türkiye’ye ki, böyle bir sanatçıya sahip oldu. Onu tanımak ülkeyi tanımak, sanatını tanımak, karikatürünü, karikatürcüyü tanımaktır, ne mutlu Ali Ulvi’yi tanıyanlara…

RULES:
1. Theme of the competition ad partepation’s rules
The constest is open to all cartoonistis, illustrators end graphic artists from all over the world. It is possible to partecipate also out of the competition. This request excludes the autors from the award of the prizes. The theme of the constest is: KINDNESS Autohors can participate with a maximum of 3 works (Cartoons or Strips), inherent to the theme proposed in relation to man, his existence and the society where he lives, scen in a humorous viewpoint. In order to be understood worldwide and beyond every linguistic barrier, the works must be without dialogue or texts. Works must be inedited (that is, neither published before nor used to partcipate in other competitions). The organization can decide to exclude from the award of the prices those works that are found to have been already edited.
2. Shipping of the works and deadlines

The works, in black/white or color made with any technique, must be in
GIF, JPG, PNG or PDF, 150 dpi resolution, saved in high quality, weight
max, 3 MB. Larger files will not be accepted. The acceptance of the works, the selection, and the assignign of the prizes are completely un to the nominated by the “Gruppo Grafico Marosticense”. The Jury’s decisions are inquestionable and inconstestable.
3. Delivery of the Original Works and the Award of the Prices
The authors selected by the jury receive an email with the informations about the deadlines and the modality to send the original works. If the work is realized exclisively with a digital technique, the author will jave to send a dated, numbered and signed copy of the work. The Jury will award the “International Grand Prix Scacchiera”, the Special prize “Sandro Carlesso”, the special prize “Marco Sartore” and 10 Special prizes “Umoristi a Marostica”. Other special prizes or onorary mentions may be awarded. The results of the Jury will be given directly to all partecipating artists by email and published on the web site

4. Opening Ceremony, Awarding and Acceptance of the Regulation
The opening ceremony and the prize distribution will take place on May, 16 2020 at Castello Inferiore of Marostica. The exhibition will be open until June, 14 2020. All the authors selected will receive a free copy of catalogue. Non-selected participants will have the possibility to demand the catalogue compiling the form on the web site www.umoristiamarostica.it. The works selected for the exhibition and for the catalogue will not be returned and will be included in the collection of “Umoristi a Marostica Museum”. The “Gruppo Grafico Marosticense” reserve the right to authorize the reproduction of the works and the diffusion of them through various communication means citing the author with the words “Taken from Umoristi a Marostica”, without any payment. The “Gruppo Grafico Marosticense” is not responsable for transport damages. The partecipation in the competition implies full acceptance of these regulations and espressly authorise the Graphic Marosticense Group to process the personal data transmitted pursuant to the code regarding the protection of personal date (GDPR 2016/679/UE) also for the purpose of inclusion in the Group's managed data bases for the conduct of the competition.

14 Şubat Dünya Sevgililer Günü: Özellikle son yıllarda gerek dünyada gerekse yurdumuzda neredeyse davul zurnayla karşılanan ve afişlerle bilboardlarla, gazete ve televizyon reklamlarıyla, şirazesinden çıkmışcasına çılgınca bir yarış içinde kutlanılan bir gün olmaya başladı ‘14 Şubat sevgililer günü’ Daha doğrusu başlarda öyleydi ve fakat herhalde yetmemiş olacak ki şimdilerde nerdeyse bir hafta kadar sürmeye başladı, bu masum ‘sevgililer günü!’ Öyleki, bir tüketim furyasının koşuşturmasında türlü çeşitli hediye kampanyaları, satış dampingleri ki, hafazanallah görenin aklı şaşar! Işıl Işıl Vitrinler, süslü püslü reyonlar ve de yanık sesli çığırtkanların huşuyla feveran ettikleri pazar tezgahları öylesine davetkârdır ki bunlardan kaçış ne mümkün! En sonunda mutlaka ‘sevgili’ için bir yada bir kaç ‘hediye’ almak kaçınılmazdır! Ve hatta ‘sevgili olmasa’ bile! Nasılsa sevgili bulunur, ancak bu ‘fırsat’ zor bulunur! Ve en çok da her anlamda metalaştırılan kadın bedeni üzerinde tepinilen bir erotizm ve cinsellik sarmalında pompalanan ve de bir tüketim çılgınlığı furyasıyla sözüm ona kutlanan bir SEVGİLİLER GÜNÜ hengamesi Şubat ayıyla birlikte hayatımıza (biz istemesek de) arzı endam ediveriyor! İşte biz Hasat’çılar olarak (çok çok yukarılardan) toplumumuza dayatılan ve bizlere empoze edilen bu çılgın tüketim furyasına ve bir sabun köpüğü gibi dağılıp kaybolan bu kapitalist sevgi anlayışına karşın... gerçek sevgiyi ve aşkı yaşamın odağına koyan bir anlayışla ve büyük yazar Cengiz Aytmatov’un deyişiyle diyoruz ki : Sevgi iyilikti, dostluktu, sevgi emekti... sevgi paylaşmaktı... yardımlaşmaktı... dayanışmaydı... Ve sevgi en insani yanımızdı, olmalıydı!

Ve Türkiye'nin pek çok çizerin ederlerinden oluşacak bu sergimizde yer alan karikatürlerden derlenen bir karikatür albümünü gelecek kuşaklara armağan etmek, bizim için ayrıca büyük bir mutluluk vesilesi olacaktır...

3. Ulusal Karikatür Yarışması 21 Şubat

YARIŞMAYA KATILACAKLARDA ARANACAK ŞARTLAR:
1. Yarışma ulusal ölçekte düzenlenmiş olup; amatör, profesyonel tüm karikatürcülere açıktır.
2. Seçici kurul üyeleri ve birinci derecede yakınları yarışmaya katılamazlar.
YARIŞMAYA KATILACAK KARİKATÜRLERDE ARANACAK NİTELİKLER: 1. Çizim tekniği serbesttir. Karikatürler bilgisayar çıktısı olarak gönderilecekse orijinal imzalı (ıslak imza) olması gerekmektedir.
2. Karikatür boyutları en az: A4 ( 21 x 29,7 cm ) en fazla: A3 ( 29,7 x 42 cm ) olmalı ve herhangi bir zemine yapıştırılmamalıdır.
3. Gönderilecek karikatürler daha önce hiçbir ulusal ve uluslararası yarışmada ödül almamış olmalıdır. Seçici kurulun aynı ya da benzer saydığı veya başka bir karikatürcüye ait olduğunu bildiği karikatürler değerlendirilmeyecektir. Her türlü olası tartışmalar, çalıntı ve benzer iddiaların sorumlusu katılımcı olacaktır.
4. Yarışmacılar karikatürleriyle birlikte kimlik bilgilerini içeren (Ek-1) formunu ve kısaca özgeçmişlerinden bahsedeceği (Ek-2) formunu doldurularak göndermelidir.
5. Yarışmacılar en fazla beş (5) adet karikatür ile yarışmaya katılabilirler.
ESERLERİN TESLİMİ : 1. Her bir eserin arka yüzünde katılımcıların bilgileri yer almalıdır. (Adı, Soyadı, Adresi, Telefon, TC Kimlik No ve varsa e-posta bilgileri). Bu bilgileri içermeyen eserler değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
2. 18 yaş altı genç katılımcılara özendirme ve mansiyon ödülleri verilecektir. Genç katılımcıların başvurularına nüfus cüzdanı fotokopisi eklemeleri gerekmektedir. Eklemedikleri takdirde karikatürleri büyükler kategorisinde değerlendirilecektir.
3. Eserin gönderileceği zarfın üzerine: “Denizli Büyükşehir Belediyesi 3. Ulusal Karikatür Yarışması” yazısı ile sanatçının adı ve soyadı ile adres bilgileri yazılarak, belirtilen adrese en geç 21 ŞUBAT 2020 Cuma günü mesai bitiminde verilen adreste olacak şekilde gönderilmelidir.
4. Karikatürler,

adresine; posta, kargo ile gönderileceği gibi elden de tutanak karşılığı teslim edilebilir. (Posta ile müracaatlarda, ilan edilen teslim süresi için son gün; evrakın postaya verildiği değil, Belediye’ye ulaştığı tarih kabul edilecektir.) Postadaki gecikmeler için Denizli Büyükşehir Belediyesi sorumlu tutulamaz.
5. Karikatürlerin hasar görmemesi, kesinlikle katlanmaması gerekmektedir. Şartnameye uygun olarak; kargo, iadeli taahhütlü posta veya elden ulaştırılmalıdır.
ÖDÜLLER:18 YAŞ ve ÜSTÜ İÇİN:Birincilik Ödülü: 3.000 TL, İkincilik Ödülü: 2.500 TL, Üçüncülük Ödülü: 2.000 TL, Mansiyon (3 Adet): 1.000 TL 18 YAŞ ALTI İÇİN:Özendirme Ödülü (3 Adet): 750 TL, Mansiyon (3 Adet): 500 TL
YARIŞMA TAKVİMİ:
1. Karikatürlerin verilen adrese en son ulaşması gerektiği tarih; 21 ŞUBAT 2020 Cuma günü mesai bitimine kadardır.
2. Jüri değerlendirme toplantısı; 29 ŞUBAT 2020 Cumartesi günü yapılacaktır.
3. Yarışma sonuçları; 03 MART 2020 Salı tarihinde açıklanacaktır.
4. Ödül töreni; Denizli Büyükşehir Belediyesi 4. Kitap Fuarı açılışı olan 27 MART 2020 Cuma günü yapılacaktır. (Gerek görülürse tarihi değiştirilebilir.)
5. Sergi; Denizli Büyükşehir Belediyesi 4. Kitap Fuarı süresince fuar alanında açılacaktır. (Gerek görülürse sergi yeri değiştirilebilir.)

The Motorist Great-Coalition (H-1132 Budapest, Váci street 18.) invites all professional and amateur caricaturists to the „Autószektor Cartoon Contest” with the following theme: CAR NAVIGATION (GPS, map, wife, compass, sun, moon, stars ....)
1. Allparticipants must be a natural person over 18.
2. The contest has 1 turn. Each competitor is allowed to participate in the competition
with a maximum of 5 caricatures. Entries should not contentany text and should be made in A4 format. File details: CYMK, JPG, good quality, the maximum size of the mail is 10 MB.

A. PARTICIPATION: The organizer of the 25th International cartoon exhibition ZAGREB 2020 is the Croatian Cartoonist Association. The festival is opened for everyone regardless of nationality, age, sex, or profession.
B.THEME: CUISINE (gastronomy, cooking, chefs, restaurants, catering...)
C. ENTRIES:
Conditions of entry:
1. Original works and digital artworks will be accepted. Digital artwork is to be numbered in pencil on the front and pencil signed. Copies cannot be admitted.
2. Entries can be either black and white or coloured.
3. There should be the name, the surname and the adress on the reverse side of cartoons.
4. The cartoons must not have been previously awarded on festivals.
5. Maximum 3 entries will be submitted.
6. Size of entries is A4 or A3 format.
D. DEADLINE: Entry deadline is the 26th March 2020.

| Karikatürcüler Derneği İzmir Temsilciliği tarafından düzenlenen “Demokrasi ve İnsan hakları” konulu karikatür sergisi Konak Belediyesi Karikatür Müzesi’nde 13 kasım 2019 tarihinde saat 18.00 de düzenlenen kokteyl ile açıldı. Müze olarak kullanılan binanın Türkiye Kızılay Derneği ile varılan anlaşma gereğince Konak Belediyesi Karikatür Müzesi olarak kullanılmaya devam edileceğinin kesinleşmesinden sonra düzenlenen ilk serginin açılışına katılım yoğun oldu. |

| Konak Belediyesi Kültür Müdürü Abdullah Tunalı yaptığı konuşmada binanın müze olarak kullanılmaya devamı yönünde varılan anlaşmayı müjdeleyerek yıllık programın uygulanmasına devam edileceğini bildirirken, demokrasi ve insan hakları mücadelesinin de devam etmekte olduğuna değindi. |

| 2019 yılı Türk Amerikan Derneği Karikatür Yarışması sonuçları aşağıda sunulmuştur. Her yıl olduğu gibi bu yıl da 20 Kasım 2019 Çarşamba günü 19.00’da Cinnah Caddesi No:20 Kavaklıdere Ankara adresinde yerleşik Türk Amerikan Derneği’nde düzenlenecek olan bir Ödül Töreni ile, ödül kazanan karikatüristlere ödülleri ve aşağıda ismi bulunan tüm karikatüristlere katılım sertifikaları takdim edilecektir. Karikatürlerden oluşan sergi 30 Aralık tarihine kadar TAD Sanat Galerisi’nde sergilenecektir. Tüm karikatüristlerimizi Ödül Töreni’nde görmeyi dileriz. |
